We purchased a 370z from this dealership. They never disclosed to us that it was in an accident. The Carfax did not show it, but auto check did. I would never have bought this car had I known. They made sure to reduce the amount they paid for my trade in because it was in an accident. Now I am stuck with a car that is worth thousands less than I paid. In speaking with the dealer, they did not want to rectify this problem. BEWARE

We would like to thank our sales consultant Arlisha Romain for her help in assisting us in the purchase of our 2011 Ford Fusion this past weekend. Arlisha was very professional, knowledgeable and patient with us. All of our questions were answered in a very courteous and respectful way making this a truly stress free car buying experience. We have shopped with other dealers and hadn't felt this comfortable with any other sales representative. We truly want to extend a thank you to all of the staff at the South Shore Nissan dealer. 1/7/2020 My father and I had a plan to look at used Nissan Rogue. Our sales rep Mohammad was able to easily show us the what they had. We found the car with everything I was looking for. Mohammad was polite, calm, and answered all our questions. Mohammad with fellow colleague Dennis got the ball rolling smoothly. All and all it was a pleasant experience, cause I know buying a car can be hectic. My father and I want to thank Mohammad, Dennis, and fellow staff we met in making this process smooth and easy. Edwin was friendly and very knowledgeable. He made the transaction quick and painless. This is the second Rogue have bought in the last year as we are switching all our older cars over to Nissans. They are good, reliable cars and they have in-house service for our convenience.

I walked into south shore at about 4 pm I was had read up on reviews by the dealership to see what they were about and I saw that Mohamed Hassan had glowing reveiws. I walked into the dealer and asked the front desk lady(who was very nice) to talk to Mohamed. After looking at the car I purchased only hours later Mohamed gave me space To make my decision but pushed to Get me a great deal. He was nothing but 100% honest that’s not something you see from dealerships everyday. I am MORE than happy with my purchase and will be sending as many people as I can to Mohamed for deals thank you so much to everybody that helped your all so personable and welcoming not once did I get a “dealership vibe”

A Very Smooth Experience

Starting out, buying my first car and all, I was pretty anxious. Dorothy walked me through the whole car purchasing process and was very thorough in explaining each step, from telling me what my monthly rate would be, to helping me get started with a great insurance rate! She even worked with the banks to negotiate my down-payment! Dorothy was an absolute pleasure to work with. Despite me buying a Toyota, I'll recommend Southshore Nissan as my first choice to my friends looking for a new car!

Speedy Direct and Awesome

I came for a trade-in and was not optimistic at first. I had sat down with Rocio Mancia with my family. Rocio made us feel very comfortable yet kept her professionalism. The process normally long and dragging was surprisingly swift. Mind you this wasn't our first rodeo so we knew or had expectations set already. Nope, the people at South Shore Nissan provided us with an array of options and thinking we were not going to have the luxury to be picky we did. We chose the SUV we wanted and the color. OMG, I didn't know what to say but I know my son and wife had a blast. From the greetings to the conversations with insurance and finance, even the appraiser was kind. By the way they all sharp as tacks their (suits). I like professionals dressed not overly but fit their role and played their part. I highly recommend SSN! If I had the time I would go back just to hang and shoot a breeze with them. Witty funny and straight to the point guys and gals. Possibly the best Nissan car dealership in the town.

The Online Prices Are A SCAM

Called to verify they had Nissan Rogue in stock. 2016 version I was looking to purchase. Arrived two hrs after I called to find that the exact car I was interested in was no longer in stock. Looked at a few others. Very limited select. Found another to find out the real cost is another $1,995 over posted price. Plus some other fees. They are too expensive. Almost anyplace elese you will get a better deal. Purchased mine the next day from dealer in Garden City for the real cost!!!

I was on the hunt for a Used Jeep Renegade for a while. I came across one at South Shore Nissan and their staff made everything super easy from there. Carlos was an amazing representative, super personable and not over powering with his sales pitch. After deciding to purchase the car, Emily from Allstate and Doug from Financing were also so easy to work with. I ended up buying a Jeep Wrangler that someone had traded in at South Shore Nissan. I absolutely love it! Jay made the process easy and stress free! If you are thinking about buying a car, I would definitely recommend this place and to request Jay, he is super nice and extremely accommodating! I am giving four stars because it did take a really long time and I ended up spending my whole day there.

Had the best experience at South Shore Nissan with Richard. He helped me find a car that would suit my needs and was within my budget. I ended up with a 2016 Nissan Rogue SV. Richard and the rest of South Shore Nissan could not have been more accommodating. I did not anticipate buying a car that night so my family and I came a few hours before closing. Richard made us a great deal so he and the rest of the team stayed past close to finish the paperwork and I took the car home that night! I was given an IOU for the car detailing at a later date. Richard was extremely responsive when I texted him to set up an appointment for the detailing. It looks brand new! Everything was seamless and I could not be happier. I will definitely be recommending South Shore Nissan and Richard in particular to any family or friends looking to buy a car!

Amazing and stress free experience

Dorothy along with the rest of the sales staff were really genuine and helpful and got me a great deal on my new lease. It was my first time leasing and I could say that I will definitely be getting another car from them in the future because you can truly tell they want to make their customer happy. And that’s exactly how I left happy with a huge smile on my face!
