Great Service Experience

This was the best experience for service. They texted me right away this morning saying they started my car and kept me informed on how things were going and then texted me when my Car was done - oil change and tire rotation - in less then two hours and gave me plenty of Notice when it was done - definitely will go back!! Chad was great!!

Excellent Experience

I walked into Destination Nissan with my guard up. I am an experienced car buyer and I can smell BS from a mile away. I had no intention of purchasing a vehicle that day. To my surprise, Antonio Marotta was an absolute delight to work with. He was friendly, open, professional, and a real character. He showed me the model I was interested in, and then I took it for a test drive. I really liked it. My wife and I had already discussed color combinations, so I told Antonio exactly what I wanted. No extras. Antonio brought out his sales manager, Justin. Justin was very professional, and he and I were able to get right down to business. I bought the vehicle, and I was offered a fair trade-in on my car. Destination Nissan had to find my color combination and bring it to the dealership, which they did at no charge. When my wife and I picked up the vehicle, it was absolutely gorgeous. Dave Prehoda, the Finance Director, couldn’t have been nicer. We discussed warrantee options and got the paperwork done easily. I walked in to Destination Nissan expecting the worst, with my hand over my hip pocket. I walked out with a big smile on my face and a bunch of new friends. Even though I live 1 ½ hours away, I am looking forward to going back there to see everyone. Destination Nissan is that good.

Happy but dissapointed

I was looking for a new car and Destination Nissan was the first place I went. The salesman was very friendly and helpful. The first car he showed me I fell in love with. The car had scratches on the outside and needed a paint job. The salesman told me all that would be taking care of. There was also paint on the passenger seat and the drivers side door. The salesman also told me that would be taken care of. When I handed over the check I had not seen the repairs yet. When I got the car after the repairs were made the car still had scratches and the bumper was scratched and it was also cracked. Nobody noticed the crack before so I couldn't blame them but the manager told me he couldn't fix the crack but would fix the scratches. When I picked up the car this was never done and there was still paint on the drivers side door. I never followed through at that point because it seemed like the dealership was unreliable and unorganized. Two months later, one of the charger ports doesn't work, the lining from the sunroof is coming off, and the cover for the drink holder is stuck and wont open, as well as the things before that were never repaired. I really feel like i was sold a lemon almost and taken advantage of. I love the car and its beautiful I just feel like I didn't get all of my money's worth.

Black Friday Deal got me off the fence

I had been looking for the right used SUV for over 6 months with a Honda Pilot being on the top of my list. I had been keeping an eye on the local Honda Dealership websites and had spoken to multiple Honda sales reps. On Black Friday my 8 year old daughter and I found ourselves on Central Ave with a couple of hours to kill so on a whim I said to her want to look at a new car? We pulled into Destination Nissan and that was the end of my search. From the moment we arrived we received nothing but attentive and courteous service. I was greeted by Javiar and asked I if they happened to have any Pilots. In no time I found myself in a 2015 EX with only 26000 miles. My daughter immediately fell in love with the car and asked if I would drive her to school every day! To make a long story short I am now driving a beautiful 2015 pilot. The deal I got was better than any I had seen online expanding my search for 100 miles and what I received on my trade was right in line with what I had hoped for with their first offer. From the start of my experience with Javiar to sitting down with the service manager to negotiate some new tires then signing the final paperwork with Willian Jones every step was better than any prior car buying experience. Thanks Guys, Hope the vehicle proves to be as good as your sales team.

New Car Purchase

We were buying a car for our 18 year old son and went to Destination Kia after visiting every dealership in the area. We were very happy with the service by both Mike Rushford and Chuck Richardson as they both understood they were dealing with a decision being made by a new adult and did not pressure him into making a decision on the spot. The process for buying the car was "in and out" within 1-1/2 hours. We would honestly recommend Mike Rushford and Chuck Richardson if ever in the market for purchasing a vehicle.

First time car buyer

After months of research I decided on the nissan frontier. This was the biggest investment of my life and I Wanted to be sure I made the right decision. As soon as we got to the dealership we were greeted and introduced to our salesman Seth. I told him what I wanted and he showed me what options they had. He didn't try to sway my decisions in any direction , he just let me pick out what i wanted. Seth was knowledgable about all the features and mechanics of the vehicle. Something that helped with the final decision was seeing the two trucks side by side. After it was decided we went and inside and talked numbers with the sales manager. They gave me a fair value for my trade in and even thru in a tonneau cover. There was fresh popcorn in the waiting room and free water. While we were finalizing the paperwork they had the truck detailed. The hardest part of the entire car buying process was dealing with my insurance company. At the end of the day I went home with an awesome truck and i could not be happier with my decision and the buying process. Thank you to Everyone @ Destination Matt Normandin

Horrible customer service. Mountains of phone calls later I still do not have my good faith deposit back (after over 6 weeks of dealing with rude, unorganized, and simpleminded sales and managerial department). I would never recommend this dealership. Literally my first review I've ever had to write, good or bad. These people are seriously not worth your time.

Nissan Sentra 2014

Caesar Perez I would like to write a review about my dealer Caesar Perez. I recently brought a silver Nissan Sentra 2014. This is my first vehicle and I was looking for something with low mileage. However, i found this dealership online and i orginally saw something else. But when i got there, it was gone. The day i got there, Caesar really helped me from beginning to end. He let me test drive a few cars. He didnt stop until he found the right one. I can tell he listened to all my personal needs and wants. Caesar is a new employee at Destination Nissan but to me that was the main reason why i liked him. I am the type of person that will ask you lots of questions and he walked me through every step and if he didnt have the answer he found it. A typical dealer would push me to purchase a brand new car but Caesar knew i didnt want a new car at all & i didnt have to directly say it. I needed to get a car and finalize all my paperwork all in one day because I have two jobs and no time to come back. He was so patient and he stayed with me after closing. I would definitely recommend him to all my friends & family.

YIKES, They don't care if they waste your time.

I called Destination NIssan to ask if they could get a Red Nissan NV200 with back windows and backup camera. I explain that I had a HORRIBLE experience at Lia Nissan - (including test driving an NV200 with low air pressure, that the sales rep knew about). BRANDY tells me it takes about a week from the time I put the deposit down and I would have to come in and talk to a sales rep and manager and I could take a test drive in one with air in the tires....Oh Boy! We book an appointment for 7:00 p.m. that night. I drive 1/2 to get there in 6 degree weather. First the door slams like the window is going to shatter. I cannot tell the sales people from the customers...no one has a suit of dressing clothes on. A young girl asks me if she can help...I tell her I have a 7:00 p.m. meeting with Brandy...she disappears and comes back with "MIKE", who says he's in the process of delivering a car but what he can do for me. With a big dumb look on my face I say "Um, Brandy didn't tell you anything about why I'm here." He says "No", and then proceeds to tell me he was actually supposed to be out of here by 6:00 and once again reminds me he has a car to deliver and knows nothing of why I am there and they don't have a red NV200 in stock. (I knew that already!) I shake my head in disbelief, tell him "I don't have time for this nonsense...apparently you don't want my money. And you don't deserve it." Turn and walk out the door that I am pretty sure the glass is going to break on one of these times. Why would they send someone out who couldn't help me. I would have bought the NV...It must be nice to have so much money you don't need customers......

Run as far away as you can, this has to be the worst Nissan dealership in the area, from the salesperson named lenox, who would not know the truth if it hit him in the face, and would not know the proper way to treat a customer,if it was written for him in large bold letters,to the bald headed sales manager [non-permissible content removed], this dealership lies to you, and if you are not car shopping savy, you will by into it and by the time you figure it out its too late. go to lia.go to herba, but run from destination.

Great Service

Went to destination Nissan this week to just browse cars and George was so helpful with us. He made sure we knew the differences between the different models we were looking at and pointed us in the right direction. We test drove a car and we talked about the price. Him and the sales manager John were super helpful and got the car to a price that we could afford. We were just planning on looking that day and didn't want to jump into buying a new car on impulse so we said we would think it over, they were super understanding and not pushy at all. We left and were back within an hour to purchase the car and George was so helpful with all of the paperwork. It was quick and easy and painless thankfully! I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone!

pleasant experience

Purchased a new car on labor day. The dealership was very busy, and everyone was helpful. Giovanni was great and we even had hamburgers and hot dogs! Better yet, a few minor flaws that were discovered on final delivery were handled timely.
