My experience with Hi Country was great. Courteous employees but sales persons need to be a little more honest and realistic with their customers. They need to give honest advice and tell customers HOW they could get into a vehicle they really want even if they aren't qualified for it. Instead of pushing or offering them vehicles that aren't in their interest.

Ray was our salesman and he was awesome. We definitely came to get our new vehicle and he definitely got back to us quickly on this. It was a one day deal and had an appt to see him the same evening and closed the deal. We always bought our vehicles from out of town, but Ray DEFINITELY made us want to bring our business back locally for our next vehicle....thanks Ray for your honest business and get stuff done when we needed it!!!
