The most expensive piece of garbage we've ever purchased!

McGuire Cadillac should be ashamed of themselves for the way they treat customers and their poor business practices. We leased a brand new 2020 Escalade on 12/2/19 and as of this review 4/28/20 the truck has been at their dealership for the same problem 3 times and for weeks at a time. We've seriously had this truck in our possession for less than a month during the 5 months we've owned it. The rest of the time it's been sitting at the dealership, with "Cadillac engineers" trying to diagnose the problem to no avail. One would think that McGuire Cadillac would realize that this truck is obviously a lemon and would work with the customer to make them whole. Not a chance! We asked for them to purchase the truck back and refund us our money, but they refuse to do the right thing. I was advised to use the BBB (Better Business Bureau) to file a complaint and upon doing so, the BBB can't even get the dealership or GM financial to respond. This dealership is a joke! They deflect blame while refusing the help their customers. I would think twice about purchasing or leasing from McGuire. If you have a problem like we did, don't expect any help from them, but GM financial will gladly check in with you for their payment every month. An Absolute joke!!!!
Three leased STS's.

I've leased three Cadillacs from McGuire. All STS V8's. I've always dealt with John Cacoilo (pronounced con-sway-lo) who is now the Sales Manager. My second two cars were negoiated over the telephone because I knew what I wanted and didn't want to drive the 21 miles until I picked up the car. My latest, an 08, was brought in from another dealership because they didn't have an V8s. My 2011 will most likely also be from McGuire.
