i traded in my used truck on another pre-owned vehicle on the lot based on an Auto-shopper print ad. i got a good price - received good value for my trade - and had a hassle free visit. none of the expected bait and switch tactics or car dealership nightmare scenario un-pleasantries. i have recommended them to family - friends - and co-workers. top notch customer service - i will return in the future.

After shopping around a bit for a used Outback, I found a listing I was really hopeful about at Miller. Initially communicating online, I was pleased not to be harassed daily with unnecessary check-ins (and it was super easy to opt of of their marketing emails). After going for a test drive, my sales guy John talked to his manager and arranged for me to take the vehicle overnight. That was a great decision because I was able to get more comfortable driving the car and saved me a trip back because I had an inspection set up for the next day. Coming back to the dealership, I was ready to buy and John and his sales manager made the paperwork move as quick as they could. Not once did I feel like I was being pushed. Not once did I feel like they were trying to pull one over on me. I highly recommend this dealership to any interested buyers!

This is the second dealership I went to after the people over at Subaru of Cherry Hill were rude [non-permissible content removed]. The people over at Miller Subaru were every kind and did not try to con me. They knew all I was trying to do was buy a car and they helped with that very thing. They were very accommodating and wasted no time with helping me get the car I truly wanted. I found them through TrueCar, and I familiar with reading some reviews about TrueCar and some dealerships not honoring their certificate/quote, but thankfully these guys did. They are such nice folks over there and I highly recommend anyone looking for a Subaru in the future to contact them. My salesman Graham was such a stand up guy. My father was also interested in buying a Ford in the future since he works in construction, and they even told him that they would introduce him to someone that would be able to help him when he is ready since Ford is a part of Miller Ford Lincoln Subaru.

I have just purchased my first Subaru. The dealership continued communication with me while I was in the process of determining what 4 wheel drive vehicle I would purchase. After visiting other manufacturers and even other Subaru dealers, I kept coming back to Miller Subaru. They had a good selection and prices were reasonable. The online quote sealed the deal.

This was the worst experience ever.. They did not honor the deal. lied about a car and the price. basically played a game of offering a different vehicle and higher price. when manager was involved he stated its just business..
