It was very comfortable in the waiting area. The service was prompt and the staff very nice. I even got to play with the kitten they had in the showroom up for adoption. My car was done in no time!

Dealership that goes above & beyond

I have been bringing my 2010 Forester to Miller for almost 4 years. I have never had an issue other than when I went to them for a recall. When I called them to state my concerns the MANAGER offered to send a technician to my house to fix it ! I have dealt mainly with Lisa as well as Phil the Service Manager. Both are very professional, responsive & keep me in the loop. I generally get a loaner car which is a great benefit as I did not buy the car from Miller. They are a very different kind of car dealer, well Subarus are very different cars ! I'm on my 7th Subaru

Great service

I recently had my tires changed at a different shop and they told me that my rear and front wheel bearings needed to be replaced. I decided to take it to Miller Subaru. Thank God I did because only the rear needed replacement and the back were still under warranty. I will be using them for all of my Subaru needs from now on.

I was pleasantly surprised to find out the paint touch-ups I needed on my '17 Crosstrek would be complimentary, especially since I have had the car for a little over a year. I only had to pay for the paint, which was a nominal charge. Janay is an asset to Miler Subaru! She was polite and very communicative about every step. She kept me very informed. The whole process only took about an hour.

I had taken my car to Miller Subaru in Lumberton NJ for steering issues and replacement of the timing belt. The car was repaired on time, clean and the charges were what we agreed to. I am very satisfied with this dealership and will definitely be going back for any and all preventive maintenance and repairs. The charges were fair and I an extremely happy with their service.

Horrible Service

I brought my car last year “as is”with a 30 day warranty. When I first purchased my Traverse I had a problem with the stability track sensor. They sent it to Lucas Chevy and they replaced the fuse block. Sunday the same problem happened again. I came in and I was treated like trash by all the employees. I understand my car isn’t a Subaru but at the end of the day I’m still a customer. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go there!
