Horrible Service

I scheduled an appointment to see a Kia Soul EV several days in advance. They confirmed the appointment the day before. When I arrived they, at first, didn't even know where the vehicle was - as in they couldn't find it on their lot. Then they said that it was out for service to fix its windshield. After waiting over 45 minutes, and them having no idea when the vehicle might show back up, I left. Why they chose to send the vehicle out for repairs, right before they had it scheduled (and confirmed) to be shown is beyond me. Complete waste of time.

BEWARE

This was one of the WORST experiences that I have ever had when attempting to buy a car. I drove an hour to the dealership to see a car in which I was very interested in buying. I was assigned to a salesperson who was apparently not used to dealing with buyers who are knowledgeable about cars because she seemed to have an issue with all of the questions that I had about the vehicle, it's warranty, service records, etc. The warranty cost question had to be answered by a finance rep. that was extremely rude and after he had the audacity to insinuate that because the salesperson had made a substantial misrepresentation about the warranty, that I should not have had an issue with it, I got up to leave . I stopped to talk to a manager about the rudeness of the rep. and decided to stay to finish out the deal with the manager. At the end of the 3 plus hours that I was there, the advertised vehicle's cost had increased by $7,000! Mind you, I expected to pay taxes , tags and extended warranty, but I was not expecting to pay an additional $3,000 for "Dealer's Fees" , which included a "$200 detail for the car. When I inquired about this fee, I was told that "some people pay more than that". This is the worse case of misrepresentation that I have ever seen. I will never return nor will I recommend this dealership to my worst enemy.

go anyplace else

Having a Price Guarantee secured from Edmund's, I headed over. Had already spoken with the internet sales rep several times, who remained very cheerful and courteous. Ready to go and just to be sure, I asked that if the price I was quoted and saw was indeed the final price, and were there any other conditions or expenses I might expect and was told 'nope, just about a $300 document fee, taxes and tags, that's it'. I said thanks. Got there and the car was there (wouldn't start, but after sitting almost a year that's understandable) so we talked. The manager came over and looked at me like I had three heads, told me what the car cost them (I don't care) said he couldn't possibly sell me this car at the quoted price because I wasn't a former Mitsu owner, was not in school or the military, and didn't wear striped pants to church on Sunday. Thankfully, the supermarket across the street was part of the plan so it was not a total waste of time. This place confirms the worst concept you might have of a car salesman. To be fair, they are not all this way. If this is how the sales department operates, would you really trust having your car serviced here? Sadly, this is exactly what the barely-functioning U.S. Mitsubishi operation does NOT need at this time. If you really must have a Mitsubishi (I changed my mind) then go anyplace else.

Bad Customer Service

Went in with cash in hand. Was told they had vehicles in price range and would be able to walk out the door within our budget. Showed us cars that they said were within budget, and when it came down to it, literally, refused to sell us one vehicle and the other was then "conveniently" out of our budget, but they could finance the higher price for us.

Very Bad Customer Service

They are good until they get the deposit. After that they do not care and will not respond to the calls or the emails.
