The dealership was a no-nonsense dealer. They clearly explained what Mazda cars were like and what the cost would be. They did not play any dealer games, like having us sit and wait, having to talk to someone else, hard selling a particular vehicle. We made several changes to the title before finalizing what we needed and they were totally accommodating. The technology was new to us and a salesperson/technician spent a great deal of time with us explaining all the features of the car. We returned a few days later for a refresher and the salesperson/technician was very patient and instructed us again as needed.

After having a couple of not-so-great experiences at other dealerships, Gretchen and the entire team at Autex Mazda were so refreshing! Car buying can be draining and not fun, but everyone there had us smiling and laughing and walking out the door very happy with my dream car! Thank you!!! :)

I had already driven a new 2016 Mazda CX-3 and had it at the top of my list. Even though Autex Mazda is 45 miles from my home while there are three Mazda dealers within spitting distance of me, Gretchen Jackson earned my business by understanding how to overcome that disadvantage of distance. I was in no hurry to buy and could have waited for the exact vehicle I wanted (trim level, options, color) to eventually show up at a nearby dealership, but Gretchen made it worth my while to just go ahead and get a car from Autex now. Three points of note: (1) It was convenient for me for us to communicate solely via e-mail. Gretchen always responded/answered within 24 hours. I don't think we ever even spoke on the phone until after we had a deal and needed to set up a date and time for me to take delivery. So we never met in person until I showed up at Autex to pick up my car, yet everything went fine. There were no surprises, if you know what I mean, which would have killed the deal. (2) I had made a couple of requests for things to be done or not done to the vehicle prior to delivery. I mentioned them only once via e-mail. Gretchen's attention to detail ensured that these were not overlooked, so I didn't have to be disappointed or upset when I arrived. (3) When I got there, my new car was already ready to go and had been cleaned inside and out and waxed - nicely detailed. Looked sharp! I would do business with Gretchen Jackson and Autex Mazda again. I will probably even go out there for scheduled maintenance/services if I have the time when they come up.

Gretchen was by far the best salesperson I have ever dealt with. She has tremendous knowledge of her cars and made it so easy to buy my CX3. The dealership was very supportive and within two hours of test driving it I was on my way home with my new car. Thank you.

We had a great experience buying from Autex Mazda of Keene, NH. Our sales professional was Donald Class. He is very clear and works to get you all the information you need. I know that if I have any issues with my purchase that Donald and his team will get them resolved for me fast. His up front honesty was appreciated. His sales manager is visible and friendly. We had gone through Consumer Reports TrueCar pricing and the price was the same as advertised on their website. The pricing was straight forward and they were honest. This is the second new Mazda we have bought and the 3rd new vehicle. We have found a dealer that we like doing business with. We had a great buying experience and will return for future sales. The right car at the right price from a good dealer

Autex Mazda had the 2016 Mazda6 that I wanted at a decent and fair price. Gretchen made it worthwhile for me to drive three hours each way to make this happen with Autex. I had done my homework and knew what I wanted and had been working with a couple of other good dealers. But only Autex had the 2016 Mazda6 in the Sport trim/six speed manual shift, with the beautiful Blue Reflex color and sand interior. I am very happy with my new Mazda and very satisfied with Autex Mazda for coming through for me and recommend both the car and the dealership with enthusiasm and confidence.

I just purchased my second Mazda from autex Mazda in Keene nh; Donald class is an amazing salesman who really takes the time to make one feel comfortable and he tries to full fill all of your auto needs. The general sales manager, Tim Machunsky, is the best to work with, he really tries to help with any financial situation. I will never go anywhere else to purchase my vehicles.

Ease and comfort

We were looking to help my daughter buy her first car. This was a surprisingly nice transaction. No pressure. Everyone from the sales staff, to the sales manager, to the finance person were pleasant and welcoming. They took a great deal of time, explaining everything to the first time buyer. No rushing or pushing. Just a nice easy and comfortable experience.

In jan. 2015 I found an mx5 on cars.com that interested me. I emailed Autex for more info. and was contacted by Charlie K. from sales. We arranged a visit and I drove 100 miles to see the car. Charlie proved to be a good guy and was very knowledgeable as he was former service manager. The car was in in excellent condition as advertised and after a short negotiation I bought it at a good and fair price. Upon pick-up the car was presented freshly detailed, a new oil change and full tank of gas. Charlie went over every detail of operation, I drove it home, and it has been working perfectly.

I just bought my Mazda Tribute through Autex Mazda in Keene, NH. Donald Class was my salesman. I have never had such an easy transaction as this one!!! From the test drive to the final handshake, Donald was phenomenal: knowledgeable, friendly... I didn't have to haggle or argue. I felt like Donald really had my back! I got the car I wanted, at the price I wanted, and the signing process was quick and easy! I kept waiting for the games to begin... but they never did! Within a half hour, I was driving away in my new vehicle! If you are looking for another vehicle, I can highly recommend Donald, and Autex Mazda!

I am so glad a friend suggested looking at Mazdas when it came time for us to get a new car. The dealership in Keene was incredibly pleasant. There was a calm atmosphere, despite it being the last Saturday in December (and it was clear they were fairly busy.)We were greeted immediately by Donald Class who carefully listened to what we needed. We were very frank that we were on a tight budget --never once did he try to convince us to get into a car we cannot afford. As said before, we were there on a friend's reccomendation so we didn't know much about Mazdas. Mr. Class believes deeply in the value Mazda offers. We learned a lot from him. These cars are dependable, affordable, and get great gas milage. All that, and leasing one from the Keene dealership could not have been smoother. All the employees were friendly,including the man who helped us with the credit report and financing. I'm very glad we are Autex Mazda customers. I have already suggested the dealership to some friends who are looking for a new car.

Buying a new car at Autex Mazda was an enjoyable experience. Staff were friendly and easy going. None of the pushy sales techniques I encountered elsewhere. They had a lot of choices for Mazda 3's to choose from, and gave me a great discount on accessories. Their financing shopped around and found me a better rate than I was expecting. I've had one minor issue with the infotainment center. I called near closing time, and their service department fit me in and took care of it quickly.

The Way Buying A Car Should Be

When entering the beautiful state of Maine on Interstate 95 you'll see the state motto printed on a large blue sign, it reads, "Maine, The Way Life Should Be" - Autex Mazda should post a similar sign outside their dealership, "Autex Mazda, The Way Buying a Car Should Be!" Just yesterday, December 6th, 2014, I bought a brand new vehicle at Autex Mazda. It is a CX-5 Grand Touring model, blue reflex mica in color. I was even the first person to ever test drive this particular vehicle - how cool is that!!?? My car buying experience here was just about perfect. And I can't wait to take possession of my new vehicle in 3 days - they are even going to drive it down to Amherst, MA, and deliver it after they go to the Massachusetts registry and my insurance company. Wow! - is all I can say!!! I wish to thank Donald Class and Tim Machunsky for their excellent service and for making my car buying experience a very good one. In the past I have left dealerships feeling dirty - having dealt with unscrupulous sales managers who pounce as soon as they sense a weakness or an ambiguity. Not the case at Autex Mazda - I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. Words of advice: Do your research. There really are only 3 things you need to know, Research, Research, and Research. Use the Internet and the many resources you can easily find online before you go to a dealership. In my opinion, some of the best resources are, AAA, USAA (military), Consumer Reports, True Car, Edmunds.com, Cars.com, Kelly Blue Book, NADA, CarsDirect.com. If you use these resources and do your homework you will more than likely have a much better buying experience because, "Knowledge is Power!" You will not waste your time or their time - and they greatly appreciate that! You will know what you want, but MOST importantly, you will know what price you should pay for it. There is a reasonable price which is fair for you and fair for them. Remember: they need to make a reasonable profit and you need to feel you got a good deal and were not ripped off. Regardless of what I just said above, (and I believe you need to do all that stuff) its still important to size up their vibes. If you want a Mazda - and who wouldn't? my wife and I stopped in and were thinking about trading in our 09 cx-7, it was kind of a blah day and didn't really think anything good was going to happen that day. From the moment we got out of the car we were greeted by Donald Class, a smiling face from the past. As we bought the cx-7 from this very place two years ago. Don was the man who originally helped us the first time but we ended up not buying that day and came back the next day ready to go but unfortunately he was off that day and he didn't get the credit. ??. Sorry again Don! Anyhow don was great! He is funney and full of excitement but also very knowledgeable and and professional. Donald won't steer you wrong as we found out. Also we would like to say thank you too all the staff at autex. They all worked hard to get us or brand new Mazda 3, and we love it!

My salesman Donald Class was very patient answering all my questions and helping me to get the car that suited my family best.He certainly knows how to read people which enables him to point a buyer in the right direction. The finance man Tim Hall was equally great.He made the paperwork process effortless for me. I have never had an experience buying a car where everything went this smooth from the very beginning.
