They treat you very well and with respect. They don't try to over sell you services. Julie is our service writer and does a fantastic job. She even gives you her personal cell number in case you have any questions. She is top notch, excellent. Also the staff in the Parts Department is first class. They are extremely customer oriented and so willing to get you exactly what you need. They are very friendly and welcoming and want to do a great job for you.

Really the gold standard in car dealers. Dolan and service on my Lexus has been absolutely the best. Polite, efficient and delightfully funny and extremely knowledgeable Kiernan makes my trips to keep up my perfect Lexus “perfect” a joy. Never had to wait, always 5 Star treatment and work. Impeccable in every way.

Straight Forward Approach

We enjoyed our experience at Dolan Lexus with purchasing our used car. Our sales associate Trent was very helpful and straight forward in his approach and answering our questions. We do not particulary enjoy the back and forth of the car buying process, our experience at Dolan would make us come back. Check out Dolan Lexus and ask for Trent!

First we were lied to about the service history of the used lexus we bought. After having a few problems with the car we sold it. I went back to get a refund for the oberpriced extended warranty I bought. They pro-rated the price, charging me for 3 years when I didn't even own the car. Too bad was the attitude I got from the manager. These people are very friendly but they will lie and cheat you to make a $. I would strongly advise against shopping here.

Sob Story

When I shopped this dealer a while back the salesman fed me a story about his kid needing an operation while we were test driving. It was an off lease Volvo SUV & he was trying to distract my attention from the 'Check Engine" light. Later there was classic hi pressure sales monkey business. If their used sales is like this who knows what their new sales tactics would be. Enough said.
