2019 BMW X5

We had a dying battery that our X5 made us aware of and we were able to get our car into the dealership quickly and get it replaced. We also had the car inspected for service. Everything was completed in the time given by the service dept.

My experience at BMW Las Vegas was awesome, as always. D’Andre, my service advisor, is always pleasant, timely and always treats me with respect! I had a few issues with my dashboard display that he helped me fix before sending my car back for routine service. This is service at its best!

Had a very positive experience! My service rep. was Joe … He really took good care of me, when I brought in my toy car w/ only 54000 miles. I was very pleased w/ the service & work my toy car needed. Acceptable service and courtesy, mediocre wait

The dealership is clean and the service staff was professional and courteous. However, the time estimates provided for the service were exceeded by 70%. I don’t mind long waits, so long as the waiting period is accurately estimated. After a few asks for updates, the service was done and my car returned.

Had a recent service appointment. Jordan took my call & scheduled my appointment. She was friendly & very helpful. It’s the first time in a long time that someone as pleasant as her answered the phone - excellent customer service skills some of the others could learn from. Frank was my service advisor & he’s fantastic! I’ve had him for previous appointments & he’s great to work with - will continue to ask for him.

Service was exceptional at BMW. Got an appointment in a timely fashion, car was inspected and video sent showing inspection. Love this service! Additionally, they diagnosed and fix the issue with cabin noise and got the car returned the same day.
