A clean, well-organized store. Sales personnel were friendly and all had a can-do attitude. Sales representative (Allessio Giacabone) was knowledgeable and took all the time necessary to complete two test drives and explain the features. Experience was very satisfying.

The Sales and Finance experience was the worst that I have ever experienced at a car dealership. I sent the following note to BMW of Las Vegas Management and never received a response. Mr. Ziegenbein and Mr. Eastman: I just had the most frustrating experience that I have ever had at a car dealership. Given the $122K amount of my purchase, I expected exceptional and not subpar customer service. This dealership only cared about getting my money and totally ignored me after I signed the contract. They moved on to chase new business and could care less about my experience. Stay away from this dealership!!!!!!!!!!!

Since I walked in the door I was greeted by multiple individuals who were happy to assist me. They were not overly aggressive during any process and did everything they could to get me in a vehicle of my choosing. At no point did I feel pressured to purchase any vehicle. I been looking for this particular bmw X4 searching around dealership in Henderson and all internet managers assigned for sales have there time on deck to help out but only thing that bothered me is the long drive going to the dealership it’s 30 minutes drive since I live closer to this BMW dealership in Las Vegas I and my wife just drop by whatever this dealership has to offer. We parked and one of there client advisor was outside and he just asked if he can help out. From there he listen to what we looking at and offered us to be convenient as much as possible. Show him the car I was online that they have on stock and without wasting time look for stock number and find our desirable car since it’s on my wishlist. The process was smooth sailing and deal was great and even the financial manager is amazingly helpful guided us what we needed and ended up getting what we asked for. My wife and I were satisfied enough with the service and the welcome attitude and the attention we received from BMW of Las Vegas. We highly recommend and surely be back in doing business with this dealership again. Me and my wife just give our customer business to people who deserve the best and not some dealership that are sarcastic and don’t even care after sales. Kudos BMW of Las Vegas especially the two guys who give there 101% in making our X4 a reality, thank you so much and happy holidays 🎄🎊🎉🎄

I communicated via email with a sales associate first in relation to 2 different BMW models I was interested in leasing. My questions were answered quickly and the sales associate advised me when the vehicles would be on the lot. The sales associate who sold me the 740i was extremely friendly and helpful and made this lease/purchase as easy and comfortable as could be expected.

I had a good experience with BMW of LV. Having dealt with them in the past, I was able to work out many of the details before arriving at the dealership. Extremely Satisfied! Best car purchase experience I’ve had! My Sales Associate, Chris Robinson was a dream to work with. As well as, his Sales Manager, Rami Chaaya. I would be remiss if I didn’t thank Frank Hughes in the service department for seeing that last minute service issues and making sure my concerns were addressed. And special thanks to Nawabi in the finance department for being so pleasant and friendly to deal with. I found him very fair and amicable. Extremely reasonable business to deal with. I originally called BMW Henderson to inquire about the 400 series BMW cars. The rep was relatively new and did not know much about the car. I called up BMW Las Vegas store and got Randall Maurer. He was very helpful. I placed an order for the car with all options that I wanted. Throughout the process, he kept me up to date with the status, until delivery. He was also helpful in advising me of my options to lease versus buy. I was very impressed with the attention todetails. Eventhough I was purchasing a relatively entry level car, I was treated like a special customer. Kudos to Randall and the rest of the sales department.
