A neighbor works @ the dealership. I contacted him re: my interest in a vehicle. He had a salesman contact me immediately & we scheduled a test drive. The vehicle I was interested in was ready & waiting for my arrival. My husband & I test drove the vehicle alone & were able to discuss our thoughts. We did not feel pressured to purchase the vehicle. The dealership gave us a fair amount for our trade-in. Our salesman (Joe Redmon) was awesome!

Shaun LaBeau was our salesman. My sales experience was one that I believe all customers should experience. I was able to tell Shaun exactly what I was looking for in a new vehicle and how much I was willing to pay per month and he was able to provide that to me easily, in the first offer, without all of the typical hassle that usually defines the car buying experience. This is the way it should be. Shaun was excellent before, during and after the sale. I would definitely work with Shaun again and recommend him to others!

Good experience all the way round. Was disappointed that delivery took longer than expected; however, I realize the late delivery was out of Mark Williamson's control. Also disappointed to learn after the fact there is no garage door opener link in this highly digitized vehicle??

The service staff was very friendly and got me into a rental car quickly when I dropped my car off. It was the same when I came to pick my car up. They were even able to get the parts to fix my Volt that had a recall on it so I did not have to come back again. I am very pleased with the Lou Fusz service team.

I brought my car in for a oil change and a leaking water pump. Jeff was the person who checked me in. I cannot express enough thanks and gratitude to Jeff for all of his help. I am in a surgical boot and using a cane. Jeff went out of his way to carry my things for me. And when the service was complete Jeff came and got me and carried my things to my car and put my car in the service bay so I didn't have to far to walk. Once again thank you for going the extra mile. Your kindness was greatly appreciated.
