Dakota Roberts always has a smile and is helpful and courteous. He explains everything in simple terms, has a great understanding of my Jeep warranty, what's covered and what isn't so there's no surprises.

Stan in service called whenever there was a delay or something additional was wrong. He was in constant contact with me, more then my insurance. He seemed to really understand my frustration when it came to my claim

I came in for an oil change on a Saturday without an appointment. They said there were 4-5 ahead of me and that I would have to wait but another service technician said they could do it right then. So I was in an out in less than 45 minutes. I usually get oil changes done at Tires Plus and they charge $90. Landmark only charged me a little under $50.

Chrysler Service Review

The service people here are very attentive. It is a nice atmosphere in the waiting room. They offer a television to watch, vending machine service and free cookies. The other people waiting there are always friendly to talk with as well.

They would like you to please ignore the reviews

I took my Wrangler in for a dent repair. Full disclosure, I was told that there was always a chance of Windshield breakage during removal. I used this as a reason to take my vehicle to a Jeep dealer instead of a different bodyshop. The windshield broke. It was explained to me that because we talked it wasn't their fault. They subcontract it out, it's no reflection on them. But, it's the vehicle owner's problem to pay the $320 that it's going to cost to get the Jeep brand windshield back on. Also, the general manager is on vacation, and I'm the highest you can go. (Though after getting disconnected I was told he was in a meeting with the owner five minutes later) I read the reviews after. I mentioned them to the service manager, Kevin McDaniel and his opinion is simply that disappointed people are the only people that leave reviews and consequently these reviews are not worth worrying about (paraphrased). I requested that the windshield be replaced and no other work be done. Ultimately all I wanted was to know that Landmark South cared about the situation. Any effort on their part to show concern would have made me feel better. All I got was that it wasn't their fault. Anyone else would have done the same thing, with the same possibilities. If anyone else can do it as well, I wish I had taken it to anyone else.

Great dealership!!! All the Staff is very friendly from sales to service... I always feel right at home there. I've purchased my last four vehicles at Landmark and will buy my next from them as well!

There forever

They don't take appointments, it is first come first serve. Also, when you buy a vehicle new there, they do not offer you a loaner, nor will they shuttle you if needed, so you are stuck sitting there all day, unless you wish to incovenience someone to pick you up. In my case, I know no one else here, so two days there cost me big time!! Plus they were not that friendly in service either. They acted like you were putting them out.

Get it Done

I have had over 7 cars serviced here and always had excellent service. I keep in mind they did not build the car - they just service them. I never go in with a chip on my shoulder demanding this and that as I have seen some people do, rather I go and explain my problem, ask how many of this type of problem they have had to date on this car, and then how long they feel it will take to get it repaired. Its amazing what a good attitude will get you verses yelling and screaming. They have always bent over backwards to help me. Not all times does the problem get fixed the first time due to the complexities of the cars now days. Heck my first car (a van) went through 7 transmissions (this was not the dealers fault but Chryslers) till We got a good one. Another time I got a lemon and after three times with the same problem they got me a new one without any hassel on my part. Now that is what you want and will get from a 5 STAR DEALER like LANDMARK. Remember they are just people like you and me and deserve the kind of respect you want yourself.

CHYSLER NO GO

Landmark has been unable to fix power windows under warranty, can't get parts. I quess since the car is an import parts are impossible to get.
