DAMAGE TRUCK / NO CALL BACK

onWe did an oil change here 2 weeks ago. Due to the time change we leave at dark and arrive home at dark. Parking in the same spot, we noticed this issue much to late. The weekend arrives only to see our 5 yr old drive way covered in oil. Here is where the nightmare begins. My husband calls and leaves messages every day for the Service manager and the service director. After a week of no return calls he calls to make an appointment to have it checked. He was told they are 3 weeks out for appointments. This is a situation they may have wanted to handle differently. I start calling the following week (drive way is covered in oil getting worse) leaving messages. NO RESPONSE from the service manager Taylor or the service director Sean and the GM of Bommarito. I then called John Bommarito and left a message. In the meantime (drive way was covered in oil getting worse) I take the truck to another location where they find the oil filter is cracked from what appears to be a tool used to over tighten the filter that caused this crack in the filter. They do another oil filter replacement (we just had Bommarito do this 2 weeks before for a fee of course) and they used 5 gallons of cleaner to clean the engine sprayed with oil. Yes the oil level was low and now on my drive way. Today we still have no return calls from what appears a dealer too busy to get us back in to check the damage Bommarito caused. 4 upper management people who are unwilling to do the right thing and pick up the phone to reach out. The only other option we have to get to upper management s attention is to now show up in person, shame on them I will need a vacation day to get this addressed, apparently I need to show up in person for assistance on damage they caused. Maybe if enough people see this they will reach out and save me a trip up there with the damaged filter. Simple phone calls are not a priority for Sean or Taylor who seem to have a lack of managing a dealership. Bottom line, oil soaked drive way, damaged filter and another unnecessary bill to correct what they did wrong. Total lack of professional management to handle this situation. In case anyone is having the same issue the phone number to Corporate (I struggled to get this number) 636-391-7200. I still have not heard from them, guess the proverbial $%#@ rolls downhill quite well here. I seem to be at the bottom of Bommarito's hill.

onI jusr talked to service advisor Anthony Romeo.. I cant believe he told me we wont buy your ford escape her at ford back.. ..what?? You must sell it to toyota bommarrito where you bought the car. 3 months ago..a new battery is not covered under a warranty extended and he didnt have a phone number.For roadside assistance and didnt think they had roadside under extended warranty??? Huh. huh?? OK ANTHONY. WHATEVER YOU SAY.

Best service for your car in the Saint Louis Area

onI have been going to Bommarito Ford for quite some time to have my cars serviced and it is hands down by far the best service I have had. I’ve been to some other Saint Louis area dealerships and they don’t even come close. At Bommarito the staff are friendly and always smiling and asking what they can help with. The place is inviting, they even have ice cream there for the patrons! Coffee, cookies, crackers, bottled water. It’s comfortable there. You can tell that the leadership there is doing a great job because it is reflected in the work ethic of the employees. If what they do isn’t right, they make it right and that is soooo important. I won’t go anywhere else. It takes great leadership to make things work well and that it certainly works well there!

New truck

on2018 Ford F-150, second light came on dash going back to dealer. Dealer has had my new truck longer than me...... 21 days they had it for first issue, now going back for the second issue!
