I'm in the market for a specific vehicle, I've narrowed my selection down to 3 - one of which is located on this lot. I've sent multiple emails and texts requesting very simple but specific information - no response whatsoever - other than an initial - "when do you want to come test drive it". Perhaps it's just poor management or a weak link in the communication chain.

The wife and I drove an hour to look at a 2015 Cadillac that was listed on Carguru.com and when we got there it was a 2013 not the 15 as advertised. When I showed them the add they said that someone didn't do their job however it is still listed as a 2015 on Carguru.com. You can tell that the owners have no desire to do right!

We purchased a 2008 F250 from them and within one month the motor went out and we are now left with a truck with no motor. We have called and tried to get them to help us and all they do is say no and hang up. Do not buy here.

I called the lot before leaving the house due to a 4 hour drive in the snow to check on a few things. The salesman, Brandon said they could work with me on a trade(2011 dodge 1500 2 wheel drive) I arrived at the lot, covered in snow after Brandon saying it wasn't supposed to accumulate there and was greeted by him calling me "guy" because he's 1. [non-permissible content removed] or 2. cant remember things. Walked inside and was led to [non-permissible content removed] playing with his phone that told me not to waste my time because my truck wasn't worth anything. [non-permissible content removed] stayed on his phone and offered me 13 grand for my truck, then said to not be offended. Poor practices and terrible service is all that you will get from this place. I was on their lot less than 5 minutes and that was too long. Don't waste your time!!!

Drove 45 minutes to look at a trick. Test drove it and the oil light came on, along with a buzzer to shut truck down immediately. Salesman said it was a bad sensor. While they were fixing the sensor, I had them stay my loan paperwork. The payments csme out to be 50 more than they should have been, based on my banks website. When i questioned the finance lady about where the extra money was being added, she got all pissed and said "that's just what it is" repeatedly. I left immediately. They called an hour later saying they had great news, they could get my payments lowered. I wouldn't buy a pack of gum from these people.

Dishonest salesmen will try to hide mechanical issues. After agreeing to fix a problem I pointed out, the salesmen offered to call me the next day to finish up the sale. I never got a call, and now some other poor fool will probably end up with a lemon if they don't give that car a thorough inspection and test drive.

This place is nothing but a crappy car lot! Lying [non-permissible content removed]!! The guy Joe who claims to be the owner when I was there interested in buying a veichal was very rude and disrespectful to not only me and my brother he treated his employees like they were just a bunch of idiots and to critizing your staff in front of a paying custermers is not in any way RIGHT! When I look over the veichal it had a tail light out and they couldn't get it working. The agreement was that he would replace them with the exact lights that are in the truck when I bought it. The lights were to be ordered the next day and sent to my house. I waited a week they still hadn't arrived. I finally got ahold of Joe and after he was like I didn't know anything I refreshed his memory and then he told me he fired the guy who showed my brother and I the veichal had been let go and how the guy was not doing his job right and that he never ordered my lights. It had been a week now so he said her would make it right and send me lights when I received them they were not the right ones he said to send him pix and he would get back and never did another week gone by I call back and they keep telling me that he isn't there (load of crap!) then I called back today 9-3-14 and they lied and told me he was not in and the proceeded to say he would not get me any other lights and in the contract they agreed to said he would. The the guy I spoke with today after I said if he won't make it right I will get a lawer. He said one min then came back say Joe said to do what I am going to do. So I have contacted my lawer a putting together a law suit against him and his dealer ship because I can't inspect or licensemy truck due to the light out and I still have NO TITLE! It's been over three weeks!!!!!!!! This dealership is not worth anyone's time! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH JKB AUTO SALES!!

All in all not a horrible experience, but not a great one. I was going to rate them only one star, but that lady that did our paperwork was nice and was very good about explaining if we had questions about the paperwork. First off, there is no place to park, if you want to test drive something, they have to move three, maybe four vehicles and maybe even yours to get out the one that you're looking at. The vehicle that we went to look at was pretty clean, but definitely not detailed or anything. However, there were a few problems with the vehicle that they said they would fix. Only two of the three things actually got fixed, one of the two fixed, was not fixed the way they said it would be and the third had to be fixed the next day after we got it home, even though they said they had checked it thoroughly. I didn't leave this dealership feeling like this was some place I wanted to go back to, or recommend to my friends and family. It was all hunky dory, until it was time for you to do paperwork and then they just wanted you gone after you had signed that you would give them their money. Also, they don't keep the titles on site (which I understand) however, you have to wait three weeks, and if you email the lady that sends out the titles (Connie), you get a wordy response about how she sends so many titles out a week/month and it might go out today or tomorrow, and if she does say that she will "try" to get yours out today, there is also a little message about she is putting yours in front of someone else's and it still might go out today or tomorrow. She also says that the finance/sales people have nothing to do with the titles so basically it doesn't matter what they say in regards to how long it will take. Like I said, it was all super friendly when you're deciding to buy, they as soon as you sit down to do the paperwork, you sign it and you're out the door and they never talk to you again. “Oh yeah, and there is only one key, but you can get them made for like 80 bucks somewhere.” Would NOT recommend.

Within 2 days truck is broke down with a trail of wheel bearings down my driveway. When fixing this I notice oil leaking because the oil filter is about to fall off. Cruise control, horn, rear cargo light, power mirrors, and remote start dont work. Wheels were overtightened. Within 7000 miles have had to have alignment, replace ball joint and the 4x4 needs serviced and doesn't always work. Not to mention there is a broken rear leaf spring that has been torched off to keep it from hitting and making noise. Got an email response from a Scott. He basically said sorry it broke down so soon and that was it.
