I had called in on a car and was told they had someone with interest on the car. I’ve heard this before from dealers. Well, they are honest and within a few hours I lost the car I was looking at. Someone on a mission snatched it up before I had the chance to 2nd guess. Wendy texted me a photo of a car she had the opportunity to get about a week after he had picked up the one that got away. While not the same car that I had my heart set on it was beautiful. I was very impressed that she even took the time to think about me. Well I got lucky, I don’t recommend waiting on a purchase. Next time,I will be the guy snatching it out from under someone. I will unfortunately tell you though it can’t be done by offering more with this team. Once they take a deposit it’s not going anywhere if you keep your word. I know this as I had asked they call me if the deal fell through. It didn’t but I couldn’t be happier with my GT350R Wendy and chip found me. Also Chip was right on having it shipped and since I was busy I got it shipped sight unseen. It is perfect and the detail guy is amazing I was very concerned with a black car. Don’t waste your time reading reviews and loose one like me. This team loves what they do and are honest and dependable.

Buying a car online can seem stressful and maybe risky. Not the case in my experience with Chip and Motorcars of Jackson. My questions were answered completely before the sale. The car was absolutely as good as described. The transaction was about as easy as making a purchase on Amazon Prime. Once my payment was received Chip made all of the arrangements for delivery. By a gracious twist of fate the car was delivered the next day. Paper work has all been in order. I couldn't be more pleased with the vehicle and the service that made it all happen!

The transaction could not have been smoother. Chip picked me & my wife up at the airport and took us to the dealer. The car was exactly as described and in beautiful condition. The entire dealership and all their cars are top notch, beautiful. In hind site I should have just had Chip ship the car to me. I was worried about the out of state purchase so I wanted to see the car first hand before purchasing. Next car I buy from Chip I will have no worries about just having it shipped direct to me. Chip and Wendy are the best.

I was worried at first about buying a car online from another state and then having it shipped to me, but both Chip & Wendy made the process seamless and easy! They helped me with every step of the way, from valuing my trade-in all the way to making sure it arrived safely to my front door. They had a great selection to choose from; but, more importantly, had the car I had looked for everywhere at a great price. I will definitely look here first if/when I am in need of my next vehicle!

The wife and I live a couple states away. This did not stop us from finding the perfect vehicle for my wife . The condition was great , the customer service was great and the made the purchase process from out of state so easy . I will recommend these guys to anyone .thanks

Great car buying experience. With only the online photos and description, I put a deposit on a 2015 Mazda Miata----the least expensive car in the shop. This car as well as all the others in the shop are in excellent condition. I could not be happier with the entire buying experience. Great folks, great cars.

Living in Chicago I was apprehensive to purchace a vehical online with out seeing it. I Found the gt500 I wanted at motorcars of jackson and started emailing and talking with chip who made the whole process seamless, he kept me informed of everything that was going on from start to finish. The biggest thing is he was TRUE to his word on the condition of the shelby and answered all question ensuring that I was comfortable threw out the process. I was shopping for a Rolls Royce for my wife as a wedding gift. Chip took full control of the situation and managed to get me the perfect from from the other side of the country to me in time for my wedding. I was impressed that Chip also made sure I got everything ,all the way down to the 2nd key which is worth thousands of dollars, so that I didn't end up figuring it out the hard way later. I'd buy a car long distance from him again in the future for sure!
