Frustrating service experience

I had difficulty getting a service covered that should have been completed when we purchased the vehicle. The services was eventually covered after multiple times requests. I also was told that no codes showed up...however after review of the service information there was a code that was in the history. I called back and addressed this. I was scheduled for 2.5 hours...spent 5!

The representatives were courteous, efficient, and helpful. I was expecting the repair to take much longer. I was pleasantly surprised that it was completed in less than twenty minutes. They held to my appointment time promptly. I did not have to wait.

This was my first interaction with John in service. John was outstanding. When I booked the appointment, John went over recommended services and laid out a timeline for recommended completion. John was also great at the appointment. Check in was quick, and John gave me a call during the appointment to give me a progress update. I really appreciate the service John provided. His approach will gain and keep many customers. A++

Very efficient service. Employee added the email discount I showed him. He came in and told me that my car's alignment was good. He also told me that I would probably need new tires with my next (5,000 mile) appointment.
