Terrible Service

Worse service department in Monroe. Two days running told there was a 2 hour backup for oil change, on the third day told it was a 3 hour wait, but would not make appointments. Cost them a customer I now go to Crest Ford in Flat Rock, MI

I purchades running boards for my 2017 Explorer. They did a fantastic job installing them and we are very happy with them. time frame was longer than planned because they running boards were heavy duty and required more work.

When I brought my truck in after the miss fortune, I expressed my concerns about the glass that was through out the interior and the fact that my two dogs are in the truck quite a bit. You people talked to my insurance and got the interior shampooed. When I picked up the truck it looked brand new inside and out. My 2013 Flex has problems with a faulty door adjar switch. it was replaced 15 months ago and went bad again. Friendly Ford of Monroe cycled it I guess to clean it, which fixed problem. This was cheaper and quicker. We will see how long this lasts. They also changed oil and rotated tires. They did this at a very reasonable cost. I have more confidence that I am getting the correct oil and at a cheaper price. Also, the records of my oil changes are kept with a dealership.

Oil Leak, Rear main seal and oil pan.

2015 Ford F-150 FX4. Rear oil seal leak and oil pan leak. Vehicle was in 3 times for repair and now seems to be ok. Your team did all that they could, staff was very helpful. Replaced worn tire.

Only had a tire replaced, I had dropped off the old tire and rim on Monday, got a call on Tuesday that the new tire had arrived. Stopped at Ford about 3 PM, it took about30 minutes to have the tire mounted. Dan was very helpful as always, he remembers his customers.

An Honest Sales Representative

I was really impressed Dave Stolkey. We made the agreement for my new F-150 on a Friday, but we had to wait until Monday to take delivery since my insurance agent could not be reached to change over my insurance. Dave called me on Saturday morning and asked about my military service which I had made a passing comment about during our talk leading up to the contract. I told Dave I had served on both active duty and in the reserves in excess of 32 year. Dave told me to bring in a copy of my DD Form 214 (Record of Service), because he just found another $500.00 credit for my military service. I was impressed! The deal had been made, the price and payments agreed upon, but still Dave went the extra mile to save me some money. Don't see that kind of service very often these days.

No hassle service has always been something I appreciate. I tell you what I came for and the service department does what I ask the to take care of. If there are problems with the auto I am informed and you let me decide what to do next. It has been that way from the start with the Ford service department in TN and here in Mi. It took almost 2 hours to change the oil in my 2015 F-150. Seems like every time I come it takes longer and longer. If you are that busy, maybe you should get more help in the oil change department!

My car had a diffuclut repair and had a back order on parts total time3 1/2 weeks to compleat When ever I called the service advisor was always attentive and frendly. My Lincoln MKS was ready for an oil change, so I called my local mechanic to do the job. My wife reminded me that she remembers something about the oil maintenance from Friendly Ford. When I called the dealership, I was pleasantly told that I have two years of free oil changes on the vehicle. When I picked up the car after the maintenance, I found out the tires, brakes, and battery were inspected as well. Then to my surprise, the car was washed and vacuumed and a bottle of water was sitting in the cup holder. Now that is service!

I have a lease through Friendly Ford, working with Dave Stolkey. I began having electrical issues and called the service dept and got a service date of 3 days away. Since I didn't feel safe driving the car that long, I sent Dave a quick email and within MINUTES he had told me to bring it right in and a loaner was ready!!!! From the moment I arrived, everyone was wonderful. Service was friendly & helpful, cashier was pleasant and the loaner car was very similar to my own car. Dave called to check up and make sure I received the loaner and that it was alright. During the time my car was in service, I received calls to update me on progress. I could not be more pleased with the whole experience!!!!! Kudos to Dave Stolkey & the service team for a job well done!
