Do not go to Superior GMC Buick dealership on Michigan Ave in Dearborn
I gave my truck to their services bought from same dealership a month ago for the cd player part replacement. It came back after a week and my auto rear lift gate doesn't work. I will not waste my time and money here again. Update: I had a flat tire couple days ago. i could not open the spare tire lock because they gave me a wrong key. So i could not get the spare out. The dealership i went to repaired the tire but could not put the latch back on the rear bumper. so i went to the GREAT dealership i bought the truck from and have one of the services guy looked it. Where i found out the truck had an rear accident and they put screws in the rear bumper to put it on. I talked to their manager and everything but they decline to help me.
A+ overall experience
I recently stoped by the dealership looking for my sales person so I could get some help with resetting some settings in my Buick Regal, I ended up finding out she was no longer at superior Buick gmc, a very friendly sales person by the name of Ricky helped me, he went above and beyond what I needed and made sure I was all set. I'm very impressed with superior and will recommend all my friends to the dealership thank you so much
The service dept. always has gone above and beyond to take excellent care. I have never had to wait more than my anticipated time for the service needed.

Ricky was the best sales person I have worked with in the 16 years of car buying/leasing experience I have had. He was understanding, patient, and knowledgeable. I had a cheaper deal somewhere else, but I appreciate men of character, and Ricky earned my business because of that.
Recent purchase of Buick Regal
Very friendly staff who were knowledgeable, willing to answer all questions and go the extra mile in explaining differences between various cars. Not the typical pushy, pull-the-wool-over-your-eyes car salesmanship here. Very transparent in their dealings. Highly recommend.
Worst dealership in MI
I paid cash to have a scratch repaired on my 9 month old car. They were supposed to paint the whole door. They sprayed water over the repair when I picked up car. Told me not to touch it bcs it was still wet. I paid and went on my way. Got back to work and scratch was still there. Went back, mgr screamed at me about my bad attitude and whipped an aerosol can down on the cement. Paint guy said it had to be repainted not rubbed out. Owner said he'd make it right. Joke. Owner said guy got violent bcs his wife just died (yet at work) Told me I was unreasonable bcs I wanted my money back. Ended up walking away from me saying "we're done" without resolution. Told me it could have been scratched by a "grocery" cart he did not know what happened, Although I called the mgr within 15 minutes of picking up the car. Make your own choice, but I'd recommend go anywhere but Superior
