I called Boondox and spoke to the general manager, Dan. He was funny, easy-going, extremely helpful right from the beginning of our conversation. He wasn't pushy or a hard-ass, which was a great thing, because I was just about sick of those types of car salespeople. He listened to what I wanted and positively responded to my concerns. I was then transferred over to Gail to handle the financial aspects of the deal. Gail was everything Dan wasn't--which makes for an extremely strong and successful partnership, right, lol? Full of energy and TONS of information, Gail was a seasoned veteran of the car sales game and I felt happy and cared for in her "auto arms". These are QUALITY people, at a QUALITY establishment. I will always consider Boondox for my auto needs. Thanks Dan and Gail :-)

I cannot say enough about Troy and the staff at Boondox. The entire process of purchasing my vehicle was flawless and the service impeccable. I had many questions and the folks at Boondox went above and beyond to take care of everything I needed. It is so nice and refreshing to work with a group of people committed to honesty and integrity - I cannot stress that enough. If you are looking to buy a used vehicle, I would highly recommend that you visit Boondox - they are the best!

Worked with David over the phone for a week or two on a C63 they had on the lot and helped me work out everything before hand so I could just come in, sign, and drive the car home. David and Todd were both great and knowledgeable during the entire process. Had a little hiccup with registration but they were very helpful and timely in getting it taken care of for me. Would recommend to anyone, I still need to go back and try their draft rootbeer!

After visiting multiple car lots in the city we are from, we took our chances at Boondox again. Customer service is everything when spending your money, next comes the value in the purchase. We appreciate Allen our Salesman who treated us like family from the word "hello". Allen got us in the car we wanted without a problem or a catch. We will be back to purchase another car for my teenagers next.
