Good Service

I usually always deal with Fran and the service is always good. He answers all of my questions and is extremely polite and professional. It’s always easy whenever I need to do any services with Infiniti and he plays a big role in that. My car didn’t get washed as it usually does this time around and immediately Fran offered to bring it back to have the staff wash it but I declined bc I didn’t want to wait but the offer alone was very appreciated and made me feel valued.

4 New Tires Please

My Infiniti dealership takes really great care of customers! I had a service appointment to install & align new tires and I planned to wait onsite. I always wait onsite because the waiting area has great amenities plus I get to cruise the showroom. As as work began, they noticed one of the tires was damaged in shipment and a replacement couldn't arrive for 4 hours. Immediately apologies were made and I was offered to reschedule or take a loaner car home to return later. I took the loaner (which was all prepped and ready for me to drive away) and right on schedule, I got the call that my car was ready for pickup. Infiniti could not have made my experience any easier and worry-free. This is just another reason why I will continue (it's been 10 years) to have them service my car and will choose them when I need a new Infiniti. Five stars from me!

RIP OFF!

I have been a loyal customer at Herb Chambers Infinity in Westboro for many years! I was appalled the other day when I picked up my vehicle from the service department (I had them diagnose a problem)! I decided that I wanted to trade my vehicle in rather than having costly repairs done to it. When I went into the dealership to pick up my vehicle, I was charged 200.00 just to have them LOOK at it! Greedy! I will never do business with these people again!!! STAY AWAY!!!!

Very good service in person. Harder to schedule.

In general service is very good. You drive indoors to drop off your car, checked in immediately, services performed within the time estimate and the service advisor stays with you as your car is delivered (indoors) in case you have any questions. The difficulty is in scheduling, finding out how long it takes and how expensive recommended services are and scheduling a loaner has to be done six weeks in advance. Overall, I recommend it.

Service did not disappoint

Matt and his service technicians did a great job. Short notice on my request for an oil change and they were able to manage brake replacement and transmission fluid change.

Best Infiniti Service Around...

I have had two Inifiniti's serviced at Herb Chambers over the years. I can schedule an appointment online or call. I have always been treated fairly and whenever I have had a question, it has been promptly addressed. I definitely recommend Herb Chambers of Westborough for all my Infiniti service needs.

Better than expected

I just recently moved backed to the state, and having purchased my Infiniti in CA, I was worried about bringing it to a dealer that I didn't purchase the vehicle from. You hear all sorts of horror stories about this kind of thing, but I obviously can't drive 3k+ miles everytime I need service done! So, I decided to call Herb Chambers Infiniti since they were close to me, and Samantha made everything easy on the phone. She was able to answer all my questions, and I then met with Rebecca upon arrival, who also I found very helpful. Long story short, I came in for a minor service, and was treated as if they had known me for years. My car looked great when they returned it to me, and the price was affordable. Thanks for everything, I'll see you all at Herb Chambers Infiniti for my next service!

Excelent service

I recently had my Infiniti in for a regular oil change at Herb Chambers. I typically do my own maintenance and was a little worried going somewhere to have it done. I called for my appointment and Samantha went over everything with me and made me feel as though they were going to take the same pride in my vehicle as I do. My appointment came around and was greeted as I pulled in by one of the writers, Matt. He also assured me that my vehicle would be very well taken care of, and explained exactly what they do including a free inspection of the entire vehicle. It's always great having someone who sees under the cars every day to look at it. I was given an estimated time of 1hr 15min for my oil change, inspection, and wash & vacuuming. It didn't even take an hour before my car was out and ready for me. The technician working on my car, Ed, was very honest and didn't try and sell me anything I didn't need. Instead he informed me of a few things I should pay attention to at my next service. I will not hesitate to trust everyone in the service department at Herb Chambers Infiniti again.

BEST SERVICE EVER

By far the best service I have ever received on a car. Work is always done thoroughly and to the highest quality. Great amenities accessible (food, beverages, tv, computers, free wifi, free loaner cars) while service is being provided. Employees are always courteous and will answer all questions that you can throw at them. They are even wiling to show you the work before and after so you know they aren't screwing you. I highly recommend Herb Chambers of Infiniti. Thank you Eddie, Sam, and Dan for the exceptional service.

QX56 Engine Replacement

I brought my QX56 in for an oil change but told the service guy that the vehicle seemed to be slow in reacting to stepping on the gas. They changed the oil and filter and took the SUV for a ride. They too noticed the vehicle slow to react and running rough. They did some tests, replaced some parts and started over. Still rough, call Infiniti, do further testing and Infiniti told them to replace the engine. Yikes! This happened the day Hurrincane Sandy hit the NY/NJ coast. So it took a little longer than expected to get a replacement engine. Not to bad, I had a loaner vehicle, a G37, so a good ride while waiting. Finally the engine comes in, a couple of days later it is ready for pickup. I have had it for a week and it is purring like a kitten again. I had excellent service, great follow up and communications with the entire service team. Dan was the main man and he is always friendly and efficient for the Herb Chambers Infiniti Group. So, bad engine, loaner car, good effective communications, vehicle is running great, all at no charge to me. I would recommend this dealership for service, even if you bought the vehicle in Texas, bring it here to get it serviced.
