Warm, friendly, no pressure environment, from the service department, sales and management. Have purchased from Mastria Subaru for myself and family for the last 10 years. Bruce is the best salesman, he took the time to see what my needs were prior to our visit, when we got to the dealer he was able to provide us with detailed information on several car purchasing options. Choosing to continue with a new lease, the process at Mastria was smoothe and really easy.

I recently traded in my 2012 outback for a preowned 2021 crosstrek. I worked with Bruce and had a great experience. The purchase of the car was super easy. Bruce was great to work with. He explained the whole process well and even went over all the new features this car has with me before I left. There was a little snag in the paper work but Bruce came in on his day off to make sure everything was straightened out for me. Definitely recommend Mastria subaru and Bruce!

My experience with Bruce at Mastria Subaru was hands-down, the best car shopping experience I have ever had. Bruce was knowledgeable, helpful, the dealership had the exact car that I wanted in stock, and I felt no pressure to buy the car unless I was 100% satisfied with it which I was. Every single person at the dealership was so friendly and welcoming, and not in a pushy way. Chris, the manager, took the time to meet us, and was a pleasure to work with. While I was in the waiting room, I watched the interactions between the technicians and the customers waiting for their cars to be serviced, and I was very impressed by that as well. All in all it was more than a pleasure to do business with Mastria Subaru and with Bruce in particular.

Granted, I came in ready to buy a car that day, but I found the process really straightforward without any hard-selling. When I asked about the difference in price and specs between two cars that were the same year and model and similar mileage, Bruce took the time to look into the more finite differences between them that hadn't been covered in the online listings. One thing I really appreciated was that he directed his questions/conversation to me, not my dad (I had him tag along just to make sure everything looked right). I felt taken seriously, which I learned during the car buying process for other dealerships is not the norm when you're a woman in her 20s getting her first car. I came prepared with research on the cars I was looking at, and my opinion was respected. Felt great about the car, and it looks and runs great.

I had a friend who recommended to talk to Bruce at Mastria about helping my son purchase his first new car. We wanted to avoid having a pushy salesman who only cared about how many cars they could sell (we had that experience down the street). Bruce was fantastic. He went over all the options in the vehicle and the pros and cons of lease vs finance. He answered every question and once we decided to purchase the whole process was extremely smooth. Everyone at the dealership is top notch!

My experience at Mastria Subaru was fortuitous from the start. The vehicle I was interested in (2015 Subaru Crosstrek), was very new to the lot, and I believe I may have been the first one to arrange for a test drive. Upon arrival on the scheduled day, I was quickly greeted by sales associate Bruce Grabert, who made my experience seamless. He thoroughly guided my through the process, and made my choice to purchase the car a no-brainer. Even through a few bumps in the road that were beyond the dealership's control, Bruce kept me realistically updated, even answering questions/concerns on his day off. The wait only made the eventual pick of my new vehicle sweeter and I couldn't be happier.

We had the pleasure of working with Bruce to purchase a new Outback. Despite it being a super busy Saturday, the staff was exceptionally welcoming! We met Chris and he helped us get some test drives while we waited so that as soon as Bruce was available, we knew exactly the car we were looking for.
