I was in desperate need of a car this October. I walked into Haddad's Subaru in Pittsfield and was greeted and helped immediately. Jimi Deangelis made the process easy and was straight to the point. Very laid back and didn't hover over me while I searched their inventory or took cars out for test drives. Jimi took care of all the details and even dropped the car off to me which was an hour away from the dealership. Pleasant experience and would purchase from him again. Thanks

The entire experience was outstanding. We left having purchased our new car, not feeling scammed. Ben, the salesperson, obviously wanted to sell and have us sign that day, which we had not planned on, but he helped us to see that making a decision that day was in fact the right thing to do in light our needs and incentives offered. No, he did not make us do something we should not have done, but helped us answer our own questions. Mitchell was also extremely helpful in finalizing financing and discussing extended warranties. He definitely wanted us to add on, but was respectful of our decision not to, but remained available to answer any questions and, if our issue was cost, to discuss better numbers. Picking up the car on Friday feeling very good about it (except having to pay $41 dollars for a license plate holder with their name that we really don't want).

We live in CT and were looking for an older car that would be good in the snow. We found an '08 Outback on the Haddad website that looked to be in excellent condition. When we called with more questions, the staff quickly answered them before we took the long drive to see it. When we arrived at Haddad, Brandon met us outside and greeted us by name. Even though we were there to see the cheapest car in their lot, Brandon patiently spent time answering all of our questions and didn't rush us at all. We were really pleased to learn about all the work that had been done on the car before they put it up for sale and felt that we were getting a fair deal. We really appreciated that Brandon wasn't pushy. The buying process was a breeze as well. We did have some reservations about getting a car with 100,000 miles on it but so far it has been running great. We felt it was less risky to buy from a reputable Subaru dealer than from a small lot. We were really impressed by their excellent customer service and would definitely go back for our next car.

On our way up to visit family in Massachusetts the transmission blew in our SUV, repair shop wanted 4K to fix so my husband & I made a decision to put that towards a new, reliable car. We literally had less than 2 days to find a new car to make it back home for work. Mitch made the entire process so easy and stress free. Most salesman I've come across in the past were so pushy to close the deal but we did not get that from Mitch at all. He even came along with us on the test drive as we were not familiar with the area. He seemed extremely knowledgable about the vehicle and I believe we got a fair price considering the time restraint we were on. I would highly recommend Haddad Subaru in Pittsfield, MA.

There is nothng worse then going to buy a car in my opinion. Sometimes I wish cars lasted forever so I would never have to go to a dealership ever again. Until I met with a young woman named Erin Saldrini. Ashley set up an appointment between us so I could take a car for a test drive and I have never met a better salesperson then Erin. I don't even want to call her a salesperson because that is so far from how she came across to us. She was sweet, funny, patient and listened to every single thing and concern we had. I would recomend her to absolutely anyone who had any doubts about buying a car. She put us RIGHT at ease instantly and made us feel welcome and like our concerns actually mattered to her. My wife and I have been shopping for a pre-owned Pilot for a while. We saw one online that was at Haddad. We would need to travel an hour and a half but we decided to go take a look. Bottom line, we are glad we did. Mitch met us as we arrived with the keys, plates were already on and we were off on our test drive. The buying process was amazing. There was no back and forth. Mitch was able to negotiate directly with us and an hour later we were driving off in our new Pilot. Highly recommend!!!!!!

I recently purchased a used car at Haddad Subaru. The salesman I dealt with was Matt Feldewerth. It truly was a great car buying experience. He was very patient with me and all my questions. If he didn't know the answer to something he simply asked someone who did know. He did everything he could to ensure I got the best price. He also was very relatable. We sat there and laughed just about random things while I waited to do my paperwork. I can't say enough about Matt. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a new car.

I anticipated that I would have a good experience with Haddad Subaru as they have great reviews and with my 2016 Subaru Forrester car buying experience, they did not disapoint! Danielle Delaney was everything you could ask for in a car sales representative. Not pushy in anyway, very warm and friendly and extremely knowledgable about every aspect of my car. I really felt like she had my back and never hesitated to go above and beyond. The floor manager was terrific too and helped with making me a great deal that I could not pass up. When I look at a dealership to buy from I also want it to be one that I will be confident in using for service on my car. The fact that Haddad has great reviews combined with the fact that Danielle (whom ive quickly grown to trust) assured me that their service department is very competent and well organized was another selling point for me. I look forward to doing future business with their service dept.

They made miracles happen " I have less than optimal credit by a lot and am in the process of rebuilding and needed a new car. I went into Haddad Subaru anxious my anxiety and nerves thru the roof in fear of denial. Salesman Matt and Sales Manager Paul both telling me to relax that they wouldn't quit until I was driving off the lot in a new car. The first car they thought would work was a 2010 Toyota Corolla which I was kind of excited about but it did fall threw. My anxiety again was high and I wentered back and worked with Laramie who found a 2012 Hyundai Elantra with only 90000 miles on it who he believed would work. He instructed me to come back and meet with both Matt and Paul again first thing in the morning and guess what between the three of them they did it. I am now the proud owner of a 2012 Hyundai Elantra and I couldn't be happier thank you all at Haddad Subaru.
