Incredible Selection with Very Knowledgable and Friendly Sales Staff

This dealership has the best preowned vehcile inventory in the area. Their sales team, more specifically John and James, are two of the most knowledgable salespeople I have ever met.

They took my money when the financing was never approved.

I spent an entire day purchasing a car from this dealership only to have them run my credit, take my money, had me fill out ALL sales/ insurance/ financing paperwork... told me that the financing bank took bank statements (I'm a sbo and don't get paystubs) ... just to find out the following day that the financing bank has never allowed bank statements as a proof of income ever. This car dealership did not do jack to fix this situation. They dodged my calls for days after, after went and acquired financing from my personal CU. I clearly should have read the reviews on this dealership prior to giving them my business because if you read their responses to others that have had problems you may puke due to the disrespect. Clearly this business and its employees have an issue with taking responsibility. I'm interested to see the slander they respond to this review with.

Horrible experience with car purchased and customer service

I purchased a car here last June and everything went smoothly at first. It came with a 2 month warrantee but I immediately started having issues with the car within the first month. I brought it back in well over 6 times over the course of the next year for the same problem. Each time they would keep it for anywhere between 1 and 3 weeks and would not give me a loaner. They were always almost impossible to reach- never answering or returning phone calls. Eventually they instructed me to bring it to an Audi dealer to have them diagnose the issue because they could not, and that they would pay for it. Audi didn't even get half way through the diagnosis before Highline told me they wouldn't pay, and tried to stick me with the bill. Finally I got them to agree to pay for what had been done so far but they wouldn't pay to finish the diagnosis. I waited 3 months for the check to arrive in the mail from Highline, and only received it after numerous calls and emails. When I did receive it, it was not for the full amount. After another phone call I was told they had guessed the amount they owed instead of looking at the bill I had left with them- they said they'd get back to me. I never heard from them again. I spent most of the last year with no access to a vehicle while mine was in their shop, still have the same problem with the car as when I bought it, and they still owe me money. Overall a horrible and frustrating experience that got me no where. I can't keep the car with the issues it has, and will now be starting the car buying process all over again- but certainly not with them.
