After driving my 1990 Honda Accord for a long time I decided to look for a new/preowned veichle that I could rely on. I visited a couple dealerships in Greenfield and Northampton and as soon as I walked through the door at Toyota in Greenfield I felt seen and taken care of. Every interaction I had made me sure that I was at the right place. I was especially pleased with Roman who helped me find the car I now drive (2016 Toyota Corolla S.) I hadn’t bought a car from a dealership before and I had a lot of questions and Roman took the time to answer all of them. I am so happy with my new car and will definitely recommend Toyota of Greenfield to anyone looking to buy a car.

I would never suggest buying a used vehicle here. I purchased a 2013 RAV 4 LE and although I like the car, I will NEVER go back to this Toyota dealership to purchase a vehicle. I was completely conned because I am a woman and didn’t know enough about getting a used vehicle. My mom and I asked about the tires looking bald when I was thinking about purchasing the vehicle, and the salesman insisted that they were up to code. Within the first week of purchasing the vehicle, the torque converter had to be completely replaced. Now, I know this is a common problem for this model of Toyota, but when I brought it myself they told me that since I was a new driver of the vehicle the noises may sound foreign to me. I brought it back with my father a week later and they told me it was the torque converter just as I suspected. The service people were wonderful and also told my dad that the tires were bald and they did need to be replaced. The salesman was a rip off and I was treated very badly there. I have recently relocated to CT and brought my vehicle to a Toyota dealer in CT where they told me all of my brakes have to be redone and of course it isn’t covered under my warranty. They told me that any decent driver would not have worn down the brakes this much and they should have been redone before I bought the vehicle. They are under code for the state of CT. Please for your own sake, please don’t buy a used vehicle here because the sales team tries to get rid of the car without even listening to your concerns.

I have been taking my car to Toyota of Greenfield for necessary service and repair for the past several years. The dealership has been nothing but exemplary in communication and professionalism. I am planning on buying a new vehicle next spring and have test driven several 2017 models in the past few months at Toyota of Greenfield. The salesperson suggested that I wait until the 2018 models come out as they would be a new design compared to the 2017 models. I wanted to test drive the new Camry SE this weekend as I was in for service. I was told by the salesperson that Toyota will no longer let people test drive vehicles, unless they are planning on buying the vehicle that very day. He said too many people had been coming in, test driving their inventory and not buying vehicles. I thought this new Toyota policy (supposedly from management) would detour many customers from wanting to buy vehicles from this dealership's test drive policy. I was told that I could sit in the car in the showroom to try it out and that it actually drove the same as last year's model.... I will take my car buying business elsewhere due to this very unprofessional experience with Toyota of Greenfield and the salesperson that I spoke with. I am sure another dealership will let me test drive vehicles until I gather enough information to make my final buying decision.

I went to Toyota of Greenfield to look at a Tacoma and met Jared in sales. Within 10 minutes we were in the truck and out for a test drive! I loved the truck and wanted to buy it, and within an hour Jared was able to get me a good deal on my trade, a good deal for the truck and finalize the deal. It was amazing how thoughtful and efficient he was, he took time to make sure everything was done well and that I was happy. He is the best salesman I have ever worked with, did not pressure me or haggle over prices which made me want to buy the truck even more. Since the sale I had to touch base on a few things and he always answered my calls immediately and continued to be extremely helpful. One day I had to stop by the dealership, he saw me in the service department and came all the way over to say hi and make sure I was being taken care of, now that's great service!! I have never had such a great experience and have shared my story with many friends who will go and see him the next time they are in the market for something new. I recently helped my mom purchase a 2016 Toyota Rav 4 from Greenfiled Toyota. I brought her there because I had recently purchased my vehicle there and was so impressed with their customer service. Our salesperson was named Ray H., he was new to the dealership but was very energetic and enthusiastic about helping us. He was able to get us a good deal on the vehicle my mom selected and we purchased it the same day. Along the way we meet some some very helpful staff that also assist us and made my mom's purchase special. Scott M., Service director was there to assist us with any questions regarding servicing the vehicle. Business Manager, Tony Q. helped my mom through the finance and warranty protection process. The most impressive part of the dealership is owner Bob Cartelli. He's at the dealership everyday walking around the lot and the showroom talking to customers to see how thier being treated. He sets the example for his team while his high energy and enthusiasm rubs off on them. If your looking to purchase a vehicle you should definitely consider stopping by Greenfield Toyota and Ford!!

My experience at Toyota of Greenfield has been nothing less than perfect. The employees there are very knowledgeable and really do care about their customers, I practically feel like family...... Mrs.G has gone above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that I was well taken care of!!! Thank you Mrs.G!! Ashley did everything she could to make sure everything went smoothly with my bank, DMV, and all paper work and anything vehicle related... being that I drove in from NYC that was a tough assignment .... thank you Ashley!! Josh was very helpful too and explained all legalities to me, thank you Josh! Great place to buy your next vehicle!!! I Highly Recomend this place to anyone!

A few years ago I had bought a car from another dealer and did not have a good experience. Therefore, I was a bit apprehensive about going through the process again. When I got to the dealership and started working with a sales person, she completely changed my mind about buying a car. Communication was easy and responses were fast. Once we agreed on a price for the car I wanted, their finance person walked me through all the paperwork without pressuring me into any additional things or costs. I walked away feeling relaxed and at ease. I was very happy with my sales person and all the other staff I dealt with. If I am in the market for another Toyota, I will be back.

I went in last week to test drive a car that I want to purchase. They could not locate the person who had the keys at first, and then after 15 minutes, they determined the dealership owner took it to the airport. I went back today to see about the test ride. This time they could not locate the salesperson I spoke with last week. I didn't wait another 15 minutes; I left and will not return.

My car shopping experience began when I entered the Toyota of Greenfield showroom and Marty K approached me with a friendly, "May I help you with anything?" I told him I was interested in looking at a two-wheel drive Tacoma. Marty brought me out to the lot and showed me one that they had in stock. We took it for a test drive and Marty answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. Upon returning to the showroom, Marty told me that this was a great time to purchase a Toyota. We sat down and Marty showed me the bottom-line cost of the Tacoma. I thanked Marty and told him I'd like to discuss the vehicle with my family and that I would get back to him. Marty was quite pleasant and gave me his number and suggested that if I decided to move forward with the purchase, that I call him and he would hold the Tacoma for me. (None of that, "Well, this price is only good for today" stuff I've heard from other car-dealers.) The following day, I called Marty and informed him of my decision to purchase the Tacoma. I went in the next day and bought my new Tacoma. All of the time that I was dealing with Marty, I never felt under any pressure to buy a vehicle. I was treated with respect and courtesy throughout. It was, truly, an excellent transaction.

I had been looking for a used pick up truck for about six months. Toyota Greenfield had a nice selection of used pickups in nice condition. I found them to have competitive pricing and willing to work with me work. Working with Shane was excellent. I live 50 miles from Greenfield and I found Shane very cognizant of time and worked to limit the number of visits. I would highly recommend that you put Toyota/Ford of Greenfield in the mix next time you are shopping new or used.

I drove a little over an hour to purchase my Toyota Sienna from this dealership. Having worked with 4 other dealers at the same time, Toyota of Greenfield stood out as being the most honest, courteous and patient. They offered my by far, the best prices. Their explanations were clear and I was treated like an intelligent human being even thought I knew little about cars in general. Frankly, I couldn't believe how easy they made everything for me. My sales guy was Mark C. - very knowledgeable and efficient.
