I bought a 2015 Chevy Tahoe LTZ after a test drive I told Mike that w felt there were a few problems that needed to be resolved I gave him a lost and said I would buy it if they would take care of the items mentioned Mike called and said I could pick it up the service dept went through and fix or replaced all the things on my list & something’s I didn’t see. Excellent job drive gear good price who could complain about service like that Thanks to all a Salvadore Auto

New Cruze

My experience with Nate was somewhat lack luster. He was not aware of the options or how to use the ones present on the vehicles we tested and did nit communicate to the rest of the sales staff on delivery times.Despite multiple calls for various reasons, the car was not ready for pickup when agreed. I still need to return to get my inspection sticker during a very busy week. Other than that, my experience with the rest of the staff was great!

All went well, no complaints. Oh yes, one thing, because it was so cold out the day I had my car taken care of, I was told to please take my care back on a warmer day, so they could wash it. I though this was terrific. Thank you.

Mike Bezio was fantastic to work with. he was back and forth exchanging figures for me. i left feeling very comfortable with the deal. i later called him and asked for a couple of things and sealed the deal over the phone.

I have been having my vehicles serviced at this dealership for a few years now and have always been pleased with the service. The service writers are thorough, pleasant to work with, and very professional. The parts personnel bend over backwards to help you find what you need/want, and the techs fix my cars right the first time, AND, they treat my car respectfully. I don't need to clean up after them such cleaning up grease stains off the seats or trim as has happened at other dealerships. I would highly recommend this dealership for SVC.

A Great Experience

My 2015 Chrysler 200C AWD is my third vehicle purchased from this dealership and they continue to impress. They don't have a flashy and expensive showroom, but they do have a first rate staff that takes the time to help you find what you want and work with you to make it fit your budget. I am treated like a person, not a number. It's very much appreciated.

Pete M was great, but the fact that I have had to come in 3 more times to sign a new piece of paperwork has been kind of irritating. I understand that it is due to an out-of-state title, but it has still been somewhat inconvenient for me.

The service was great, everyone I met there was very friendly and helpful. Peter M, the man who sold me my car, was great! Kind, helpful, and most importantly a lot more laid back than any car salesmen I have ever dealt with. I have to say, the way we were treated at Salvadore played a huge part in my decision to get my car there. Their goal at Salvadore Chevrolet is to make a customer for life, which means they really do take care of you. Great facilities (which they gave me tour of complete with introductions to everyone who might ever work on my car) and a comfortable pressure free environment, put my family at ease and definitely made me feel good about getting my car there.
