Where do I start…this dealership was awesome with my NUMEROUS past purchases. I purchased a 23 Diesel Yukon and ordered a 23 Diesel Yukon Denali the same day. After a few months the new Denali comes in. The auction price for my trade is $74,500. They offered me $67,000. Again when I bought this one they even said you won’t loose much because the diesels are still in high demand. Well today they tried to screw me out of $7000 on my trade. My salesman was a great guy, it’s the [non-permissible content removed] managers who don’t want to give the trade values that 99% of dealers use as a guide. They didn’t even come CLOSE to a 2022 Yukon trade in even though mine is a 2023. They lost a good customer. Hope they are happy. BUYERS BEWARE!!! I will not use them in the future!! I spent a FEW HUNDRED THOUSAND dollars with them in the past. Just ask yourself if they treated me like this…they will do even worse to you!!

When we got up that morning, we didn't know we would be buying a new vehicle! My husband saw the Terrain online came to me and said I found our new car. We immediately drove to Anderson, were met at the door by Shawn and had a fantastic experience after that. Shawn was and still is, very friendly, knowledgeable and so helpful. There was a small glitch with the Terrain we wanted, through no fault of the dealership, but was quickly and efficiently resolved. Shawn was so patient and helpful while teaching us about the electronics in the new Terrain. Everyone we dealt with at Anderson was friendly and helpful. I highly recommended this dealership and our salesperson Shawn.

After doing extensive online research for a used Acadia, I decided to give Anderson GMC a shot. Ron was really great and helped me find a better deal than online and handheld the transaction all of the way through and even followed up after to make sure there were no issues. We had a good experience with Anderson Buick. We asked over the internet about a 2016 Yukon and got an immediate response and went up the next day to see it and do a test drive. The pricing was competitive with other Baltimore/Washington area dealers and our salesperson, Ken Sherman, was very friendly, nice, and helpful. He helped to delivery the car to us in the same day on a tight schedule due to prior commitments. Overall, our experience was pretty good for a car shopping and purchasing trip.

I was visiting family in MD when i saw the Anderson dealership, decided to pull in to look at sum trucks. Saw one i liked instsantly ,but they were closed , so i went back the next day and thats when i met with Rob M my sales rep. He greeded me in the parkin lot and was very professional and helpful in knowing what my needs were and what i wanted. His knowledge of the car business was very comforting and his mannerisms were exceptional. We were able to come to a agreement on what i wanted and what they were offering, so in the end it all worked out for the best. I was vey satisfied with the quality and the support of the whole entire staff at the facility, they made my buying experience a pleasure not a horry show. I went to Anderson after have going to a number of other truck stores including RAM and Ford. Everywhere I went, the sales reps really didn't know their product. I got to Anderson and was greeted by Rob M. We looked at all the trucks and finally landed on a nice black truck. He knew all the towing capabilities, rears, engine stats, and gave me one of the most informative walk-a-rounds on a vehicle I have ever had in my 40+ years of buying vehicles. Then he got me interested in all the aftermarket accessories available! I ended up leveling my truck, adding rims, tires, tint, exhaust, and a toneau cover. Rob M was the most laid back, easiest to deal with salesman I have ever worked with. 100% professional and knowledgeable about the trucks AND aftermarket accessories. I HIGHLY recommend Anderson GMC and even more highly recommend Rob M as your next sales rep. I also want to mention that the entire sales team from the sales and finance manager down to Rob the sales rep was on MY side and not trying to make a huge profit. VERY fairly priced! I will be back for my wife's next vehicle and any more I ever buy!
