Needed repairs to damaged car. Sales representative was professional and responsive to customer need. Did a nice job maintaining communication with Insurance Company and customer so that estimated time to complete repairs was clear. Only slight additional delay when disabled car horn was not detected immediately by customer repair folks.

Quickly resolved an unusual problem

Hi. My new CRV had an unusual problem. Cliff, my service advisor, was an absolute pleasure. He immediately jumped on the problem, taking a ride with me so I could reproduce the problem for him and another technician. He gave me a loaner car while he tapped the collective brainpower of a national network of service technicians. By the next day he had fixed the problem and seemed to find joy in solving it. It made it a pleasure working with him!
