We bought a used Honda Ridgeline from this dealer last year, and we’re so happy with the transaction that we didn’t hesitate to come back when we needed to replace our old SUV. We called Mike directly because we he got us a great deal last time - and he came through again, both with the new car pricing and a more than fair trade in value. We’ll definitely be back for our next car purchase, too!

I came to Jim Coleman Honda to look at a number of used Hondas and ended up purchasing one. They did a nice job maintaining an atmosphere of helpful service without too much pressure. Very friendly and accommodating at all levels. My only complaint was how long the process took, but I think part of that was that it was a sunday.

Only glitch was a $500 rebate. Initially said it is only applicable for leases. However, it was automatically added during the finance paperwork. At time of departure, asked to redo paperwork to remove. Probably spent $500 in labor time on going back and forth and my time at end.

This is the third vehicle purchase I've made from Jim Colemen Honda. Like those prior, it was honest, no nonsense and straight forward from beginning to end. Victor Tabinksy (Sales) is pleasant, concise and prompt in all matters. He's highly recommended. Crystal Zheng (Finance) could not be more perfect in manner and process. I had one of the most smoothest exceptional experience at Jim Coleman Honda. I really want to give a huge shout out and big thank you to David! He was very helpful and informative. I walked in the door with a lot of questions and he has no problem answering them all. David went above and beyond. Usually sales ppl can be very pushy and David was not that at all he actually cares about his customers. The car I was looking to get I wanted in a specific color and they did not have it. I was going to settle for my second option. However, David and his manager continued to look up and down for the exact vehicle I wanted. I got w call that they found it and was bringing it in for me. Since I’ve bought my vehicle I always tell ppl “Go see my guy David at Jim Coleman Honda”

Four days before Christmas my car broke down. Two days later I was in a brand new 2022 accord. The team here took such great care of me. They were knowledgeable, helpful and super kind. They really worked with me for the best deal possible. And unlike most car buying experiences it didn’t take forever. I was in and out in a matter of 3 hours. Highly recommend.
