STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!! Buyer beware! I purchased a new Tacoma 2022 and I was continually told that it was arriving everyday and it took much longer than expected the General Manager is greedy and DOESNT CARE about customers. I had pleaded and asked them NOT to drill the front bumper of MY NEW 50K, Instead a angry and resentful lot attendant or staff happily lumping around the lot went ahead and punctured 2 LARGE holes in my front bumper!! Its clear they are resentful of people purchasing new vehicles. The car look was absolutely ruined and the holes large and uneven!! I attempted to contact the GM KIM DANCHULIS and he would not return my call or messages. I asked them to possibly repair the drilled holes and they laughed it off, "sorry nothing we can do". The finance woman is the rudest person in the entire dealership absolutely angry and rude to me because I paid cash for the vehicle, and she never followed through either with paperwork when I tried to initially purchase the car! The dismissive treatment I received from General Manager KIM DANCHULIS and his staff is like no other experience I have had in buying a vehicle. Why the manager will not address concerns of the customer, is because once the car goes off the lot thats all the dealership care about. I would NEVER consider purchasing a car from any ANTWERPEN DEALERSHIP and strongly recommend ANYONE considering buying a car from ANTWERPEN because of what they did to a brand new vehicle!

I went ready to pay the online price for a Toyota certified Rav4 Hybrid. It was listed as "fair" price by Edmunds and CarGurus...so not particularly low. After a test drive, when the paperwork came out...there was an additional charge of $1595 for "certification fee" because it was a certified car. They did finally drop that charge to $550, but I refused to pay it. Came home, called every Toyota dealer in the D.C. area and they all said the certification is included in the advertised price. This was on top of the listed price, taxes, tags and dealer processing fee. Don't believe then when they say "everybody charges this fee". They don't.

Ali and Nicholas were extremely helpful and knowledgable, very professional. The use of text messages and brief calls really streamlined the process, a lot of moving pieces but they helped me navigate the Lease for the Tundra efficiently. I would highly recommend Antwerpen Toyota and will using them again in near future, go see Nicholas and Ali today!

The folks in the Used Car area are horrible. Previous to going I got some info on-line regarding the car. I called the dealer, to confirm the car was still available and was assured the car was there. I spoke to a gentleman called Jimmy. When I arrived and told them I was there for the RAV4 Hybrid. I worked with Andy, chatted for a while and getting all the pertinent information. After being there for a while he told me the car was no longer available. I had called that morning and the car was there- now it wasn’t. The website hadn’t been updated, I was told. I protested saying I drove 50 miles because I was told the car was there. I received many “I’m sorrys but the car wasn’t there. I said my goodbyes and was leaving, got in my car, looking for other dealers in the area. Then Andy tapped on my car window and sad they found the car. I went back in to start the paperwork. The price they gave me was higher than the price on the internet. My Prius V 5 was my trade in and I was offered $9800, almost $2,000 less then the BB and Edmunds value. I protested and the made the changes to both. I went through the finance farce then after being there four and a half hours I was on my way. Andy told me the tire light was on but didn’t want to over inflate the tires so he left than as is. The next day I checked the tire pressure two were 35psi 3psi higher than recommend, one was 34psi and one was 24.9 psi. Most of what was told to me while I was there were falsehoods. I recommend that if you are going to purchase a preowned car and wish to receive a far deal, stay clear of Antwerpen. Honesty is definitely NOT their priority.

Worst experience i can imagine. Was hoodwinked into purchasing a separate maintenance contract, basically duplicating the manufacturers warranty coverage. Noticed the error the next day, filed the paperwork for cancellation and still waiting to get a refund. The dealership dragged their feet processing the paperwork, then only cancelled a portion of the contract (mechanical failure portion) but not the Maintenance Contract portion. I contacted the Warranty company directly and they informed me that a refund could not be processed yet (nearly 4 months in) since the dealership only requested a partial termination. Now i am getting no response from the dealership, and i continue to pay interest on the contract, nearly $3k that i did not want. Will NEVER do business with Antwerpen again and will go out of my way to ensure anyone i know avoids these [non-permissible content removed] as well.

Purchased car here in 2016. Experienced the worst unethical fraudulent purchase process that I have ever seen. Continues to this date Fraudulent Car advertising in direct violation of the consumer protection laws. GODD LUCK STAY AWAY.. Says car needed work and they have not updated the internet pricing. STAY AWAY

I bought my Toyota Highlander on 08/25/18 Since the day I bought it it has a humming sound when I drive it on high way and a suspension problem ,I started taking it back to fix that for me but they always says you car is fine ,finally I took it to other Toyota dealer and they told me it’s a bad tire and suspension ,I took it back to them and told me I just bought the car so you have to fix this for me even I didn’t drove it 50miles they said no..you have to pay for it ,for the car I just bought ...I am very disappointed ,I don’t know what kind of coustomer service is this

the sale process was quick, thorough, and easy. The highlander was a top choice because it still has some traditional features we like. The CD player and a stick shift were very nice options for us, as opposed to push button shift in many new vehicles. Our sales person was very nice and informative. Answered all of our questions without hesitation. After the purchase, he helped set up the new navigation system which was very helpful. He was very patient answering questions during the set up and showing the inside and out side of the vehicle.
