Awesome Experience

by Trystin on 11/03/2020

I had a great first experience at Jones Nissan. I went there to seek on purchasing my very first car and I had Marquis Horsey as my dealer. He made me feel very welcome at Jones Nissan. He was not pushy or demanding. I would recommend Jones Nissan to anyone who is interested in purchasing a car and ask for Marquis Horsey. He will make sure you are taken care of.

2014 Silverado

by Brian on 06/17/2020

Customer service and customer satisfaction are the two things that must come to the sales staff at Jones junction. They really worked hard to make sure this one sale worked out for me. Felt like everything else was secondary.

I went in the Dealership expecting the bare minimum and ended up getting more than expected. My first car purchasing experience was fast, efficient, and professionally done!

Lie Lie Lie

by 10SecDSM on 07/13/2017

Bought a used GTR from them and it's becoming the worst decision I have ever made... First the car had 2 pieces missing, the GTR emblem and the tow hook cover.. Yes sir we will order them right now and overnight them to you... LOL, still waiting and zero replies!!! Secondly, the car was sold to me without the key for the lug nuts... Yes sir, we will pay for you to have them taken off and replaced... LOL, sent the bill and still eating for my money and or even a response... 3rd, the service engine light came on after 150 miles.. Yes sir, we will pay to have it fixed.. Well after you 2 other failures I am not falling for your lies and will have to likely pay that one also because at Jones you are not family for life, you are family until you get the car off the lot and out of sight... Worst dealer ever, all lies and nothing in return....

Grrrrreat!

by LisaAnn on 05/23/2017

Jason Johnson was my salesperson at Jones Nissan and in less than 3 hours from the time I arrived I was driving off the lot in my new Versa! Friendly, yet professional, Jason put me at ease with thorough explanations to my numerous questions. This was my 4th car purchase from Jones - and I am sure it won't be my last. Thanks, Jason!

Highly Satisfied Customer

by Milan202 on 04/30/2017

My overall experience with Jones Nissan was exceptional. William was first class. He kept a smile on his face and made me feel very comfortable with a process that can be so overwhelming. Everyone that I came in contact with was very nice and I thank the entire team for their patience and for sealing the deal.

First Buying Experience

by SirenaKaru on 02/03/2015

I did not feel pressure for the sale. All of my questions were answered thoughtfully. It was my first time to buy a car by myself. I informed myself prior to my visit. Ray treated me with respect and explained the process thoroughly. All of the staff were friendly and helpful.

Excellent experience at Jones Junction Nissan

by JSeese47 on 01/30/2015

Jeff worked quickly to get us what we wanted for the price we wanted. He kept things moving and worked on our schedule. What I appreciated the most was his ability to negotiate and communicate numbers over phone and text. We don't live close-by so driving into the dealership to chat takes a lot of time.

Zac Mohr

by missb1962 on 12/30/2014

I have purchased Toyota all my life, and my wife wanted something different. She loved the nisson but the biggest thing that sold me, was the salesman Zac Mohr. I am currently going through chemo and was too sick to come to the sales office. This gentlemen came to my house and brought all the paperwork.

Great Experience at Jones

by SammyWZ on 12/19/2014

I liked the ease of first going on line and finding the car(s) in which I was interested, then dealing with Mikeala Lintz. Then I came in and Will Clemens assisted us....he was very professional, thorough, and courteous! Thank you Will! Finally, the whole buying process did not take all that long, and that is a plus.

Car Buying Experience with Steve P.

by carol2013 on 05/13/2013

About 6pm on a Friday night, my 8-year-old car flashed a warning,"Stop engine, oil-pressure low". I stopped and called a tow truck. An hour and a half later the tow truck still had not arrived. I called Jones and asked for Steve Pagotto. I told Steve my circumstances and within 20 minutes a brand new car was delivered to me to test drive overnight and return the next day. The next day I met with Steve at the dealership and I didn't buy that car but I did buy a brand new Nissan Altima SL. This was the third car we have bought from Jones and I am very happy with it.

Very Dishonest Dealership - Beware!

by eureecka on 11/10/2010

I found the xterra I wanted via autotrader.com and contacted Jones using the email function. Dave got in touch with me fairly quickly and agreed to a price that was lower than another dealer in Georgia. I arranged for a loan thru my bank but agreed to let them run the numbers to check what they could get me. He came back with paperwork thru Nissan that was for a better interest rate, so I said that I'd go thru them. He fedex'd the paperwork, but spelled my name wrong then told me they'd just reprint it at the dealership. When I called and asked about the mileage and whether a Garmin was included with the vehicle, he put me on hold for 10 minutes to go check and came back and gave me the mileage and said that the Garmin was included. I drove from NC to pick up the vehicle. I told them several times that it would be registered in Ohio. When I arrived for the appointment, I was told that i'd have to wait since others had arrived before me. There was no Garmin in the car and when I questioned them, they said that it wasn't listed on the sticker on the car and they didn't have any in stock. Then they said there was a problem with the financing and the interest rate was going to be higher than what my bank could give me. Then they made me wait longer to talk to some female who tried to talk me into a manicure and spending an additional $1000 on some clear coat protective paint thing. Then I waited longer to deal with the finance guy (Ron) who kept hitting on me. We had several discussions about where their numbers came from since they didn't agree with my numbers. I finally escaped from the dealership after 5 hours, dizzy and half starved, without a Garmin to find my way home, with a higher interest rate AND - I found out later while reviewing the papers - that they charged me nearly 4 times what they quoted for the extended warranty. It is now 6 weeks later, and they are telling me that they didn't charge me enough tax to register the vehicle in Ohio and they expect me to pay an additional $800+ to them. They have the tags from Ohio and are holding them hostage. I'm at my wit's end and don't know what to do. I talked to someone from the Attorney General's Office today and they told me that I was probably going to need a lawyer, which will cost more than just paying the confounded tax. This is my first new car purchase and it has been a total nightmare. Getting it in writing isn't enough from these people - just stay away.

Worst car buying experience I've ever had.

by thorman944 on 08/06/2009

My wife and I decided to purchase a Nissan Versa. After visiting several dealers, we felt the most comfortable with Belair Nissan (part of Jones Junction dealerships also known as Jones Nissan or Jones Junction Nissan). Their showroom is nice and very clean. They offer a children's play room and free coffee and even free manicures for the ladies. The salespeople are friendly. That is where the good part ends and the horrors begin. We were told that our credit application had been submitted to 'the bank'. We were then offered a very high 20% interest rate. They would not budge on the 20% so we walked. The next day, we visited another Nissan dealership and found out that our application was never even submitted to any banks as you can tell from your credit report when that happens. We liked the honesty and friendliness at the other dealership, but they didn't have the model that we wanted in stock. We wanted to use the 'cash for clunkers' program and the future of the program was in doubt, so we wanted to act quickly. The next day I talked to a loan manager from my credit union who guarenteed me that she could finance us at a much better rate but it might take 2 or 3 days. My wife and I decided to purchase the vehicle at Jones/Belair Nissan and then refinance. When we went back, however - they then insisted that our interest rate would be 'over' 20%. My wife asked if something could be done about the interest rate and the manager Steve Zell offered us 18%. But, he would only offer that on a 72 month term. I was suprised when the monthly payments offered to us at a lower interest rate for a longer term suddenly jumped up by almost $30 per month. I told Mr. Zell that this cannot happen without raising the price from what we had agreed to previously. He insisted that I didn't know what I was talking about and at one point told us that he didn't want our business. After arriving home that evening, I reviewed the paper with the terms that we were being offered. Mr. Zell had inflated the price of the car from the agreed price of $500 less than MSRP to $504 over the MSRP. He also attempted to charge us a Gap Premium of $695, even though we were looking to purchase a $13,000 vehicle with $4500+ in trade. Gap premiums are for when you are upside-down on your loan and owe more than the car is worth. with $4700 down on a $13,000 car it is impossible to ever be upside down. the car will always be worth more than the amount owed on the loan as no vehicle loses 33% just from driving it off the lot. according to this site (edmonds.com) i can expect the car to retain over 60% of it's value after it's 5 years old. since I was putting down almost 40% I would never be upside-down at any point during the life of the loan. he inflated the price of the vehicle by over $1700 using these dirty tricks and hoped that we would miss the fine-print. I didn't miss the figures not adding up and we again left this dealership. We finally [made a much more reasonable purchase elsewhere].

Best Online Sales Experience Ever!

by sharon35 on 11/20/2008

I went online at Nissanusa.com and selected the "get a quote from a dealer". I selected four of the closest dealerships to my house in Harford County, MD. Within an hour I received a couple genaric emails from [other dealerships]. But the email I received from Chris Dudak at Belair Nissan had more than just an invitation for a test drive. He sent me information on the Rogue I asked about, as well as a price quote on one pretty close to what I wanted. He also gave me a quote on one with more equipment and a quote on the more expensive Murano. With all of the FREE things they include with the "Jones For A Lifetime" it made the extra couple hundred dollars I paid over [another dealership's] Price worth it. It looked like he took time to find what I was looking for before he contacted me directly on the phone which was shortly after I received his quote. That's right, he actually picked up the phone and called me to let me know he sent me the email, which I found in my "Junk Mail" folder. The price quote was what I really wanted and I like the way he was up-front with the information. So I went ahead and scheduled an appointment with him at Belair Nissan for the next day. When my husband and I arrived he had paperwork in his hand ready to get my car appraised and I was shocked that he actually took the time to have the vehicle we talked about on the phone warmed up and ready to drive. He showed me several things about the Rogue that I didn't read about online and how I could use those things in my everyday commute to work. When it came time to find out what finance options they offered, I was able to choose between a leasing option and both short term or long term finance options. While I was waiting for the paperwork to be completed I was treated to a FREE manicure and hand massage which made the time seem to fly by! I was in and out in less than two hours with my new car and new shiney nails painted the same color! I definately recommend asking for Chris Dudak and love getting my oil changes for free too with the "Jones For A Lifetime" at Belair Nissan in Harford County Maryland.
