Great Buying Experience

My salesman was very patient with me through the hole buying experience. As I was doing most of the sale thru text and phone calls with him because I was coming. I Couldn't have ask for a better salesman. When I arrived paperwork was ready and the car was cleaned and detailed and ready to go. Our finance guy was the friendest person and made the process easy and fast. Thank for the great service. I highly recommend those two men.

The team at Jerry's went above and beyond to help me with my service needs. I had an appointment with Neil initially, but he was busy with another customer when I arrived. Amanda stepped in and got my car serviced quickly enabling me to get other things done that day. It was an excellent experience there. Thumbs up for Amanda.

I want to say that Jerry's Toyota on Belair Rd is great to deal with. I got a great suv for a great price - but I cannot say enough for all employees that work there. They are the friendliest people to deal with - everyone of them. But I cannot say enough for two salesmen that I dealt with - Will Johnson and Herman Jones. These two are amazing. I have never dealt with two such nice kind people in my life. I am not saying this lightly. I am sure that the other salesman are great but I dealt with these two and I will never forget them. They will work with you till the end. I was blessed to have met them.

Had my vehicle to Jerry's Toyota for a Toyota Recall Repair and the service received was very good. From start to finish, the staff were pleasant and my Service Leader Angelle was great to work with and explained things so I could understand clearly. The work was completed in a timely fashion.

We needed to buy a pre-owned car somewhat quickly to replace an old Prius that had sudden repairs not worth fixing. Jordan was so helpful, kind, and trustworthy. He was able to pick up my husband from his work across town so that he could test drive the car and came up with a payment that fit within our budget right away--there was no haggling or negotiation! This was the easiest car buying experience we've ever had.

I've been dealing with Jerry's Toyota for several years, first taking my daughter's car for service as needed, now The service is unsurpassed, the personnel is knowledgeable and friendly, and the coffee is free!!! It is a pleasure doing business with them and I highly recommend this dealership.

I am very impressed with the professionalism and courtesy that I was given. There was absolutely zero pressure. They were helpful, friendly , honest and efficient. What a great experience with these guys. I have 4 children to buy cars for with in the next 4 years we will definitely be coming back. ! This Will be the only place for my family. Went here to get my car serviced the other day and had a great experience. Everyone was friendly except the cashier...but she said she was going to a funeral so I didn't expect her to be. Salesman came with their A game, but all pretty friendly guys just trying to earn a living. I will be coming back!

I didn’t buy but I had a really nice experience with a recall and a minor concern I had with my car. Everyone was professional, friendly and very accommodating. I felt welcomed even though I had my small child with me which was great.

The easiest buying experience, I put a request in on-line. Got a response back quickly. Called and went over some details and figures. let them know later in the day I wanted to do it. Picked up my new CAR the following day. Easy and painless. Very happ so far.

Jerrys not only sold me a car but helped me make a super important purchase of a car that will last a lifetime. They were not pushy only informative, and answered every question i had. They were extremely accommodating and helped with everything that they could. They also gave me an unbelievable deal on my trade-in on top of the car being a great deal. Jerrys went above and beyond!! I would highly recommend for anyone looking for a Toyota.

Great Service on my Avalon!

I took my Avalon in the other morning to be serviced without an appointment and was helped the same day. I was surprised because at other dealerships I always had to make an appointment and leave my car for at least 24-48 hours. I was called within a few hours with the problem that needed to be fixed, and it was taken care of the same day. I was able to pick up my vehicle in time to pick up my kids from school. The best part is they worked with my extended warranty even though I did not buy my vehicle with them. They have great customer service and I would recommend them!

Always great service! Yolanda identified that the issue my vehicle had been experiencing was a warranty issue. She worked with me and went through the necessary procedures for it to be covered. I was kept informed of my vehicle status while it was in the shop. They had it back to me within no time. Overall, I was given great service!

My new Nightshade 4Runner!

This is our 5th Toyota within the family, that has been bought from Jerry's! We switch out cars a shameful amount of times, and we have owned everything from Land Rover's to Subaru's and everything in between. To say we have dealt with a lot of car salesmen would be an understatement! This last purchase of our new 4runner by far, hands down the best customer service experience!! Transparent pricing over the phone, setup an appointment, both vehicle options were waiting for us upfront when we got there an hour later! Paul our sales rep was top notch, and Kris and Matt the managers were exceptional! If you are in the market for a Toyota.. go here! You will not regret it! The environment is warm and friendly, and the selection can't be beat! But most importantly the prices! Best pricing in all of Maryland! Thank you Jerry's for our new Nightshade! :-)

No pressure service

I loved the no pressure attitude of the staff there. They aren't as pushy as the other maintenance shops that I've been too. My advisor even check on me from time-to-time to see if I needed anything during the wait. I will be back!

Jerry’s Auto Group began in 1957 with the opening of Jerry’s Chevrolet in the Govans neighborhood of Baltimore. Our founder chose to retail Chevrolet because he was determined to sell an American product, and he admired the brand’s consistency in building a full-line up of dependable cars and trucks. If you listened to the radio at the time, you were sure to hear Jerry’s very first slogan: "5600 York at Bellona, best place to become a Chevrolet ownah!"
Two decades later, Jerry’s business was quickly outgrowing the modest dimensions of his Baltimore showroom. In 1971, Jerry’s Chevrolet relocated to where it still stands today, at the corners of Joppa Road and Perring Parkway in Baltimore County. After another decade of steady growth, our founder was looking to diversify his wares. In 1981, he chose Toyota for many of the same reasons he was drawn to Chevrolet; the Japanese automaker offered an extensive model lineup of cars and trucks with a reputation for reliability.
