My sales associate, Brandon Stephan, was very knowledgeable, prompt and courteous. When I arrived at the dealership he was ready for me and walked me through the process. The general manger was very friendly and at no time did I feel pressured or hassled. Truly great car buying experience. Highly recommend.

They lied to me about what they had in stock just to get me in the door, then told me they would give me a good deal on something similar, but it was the same price as everywhere else.

When all dealerships provide similar price for the same car, the only factor that win the business is how honest and how their sales person treats the perspective clients, knowing that clients may not buy their dream car from you. Zach, the young sales person at Norris Honda, provided just that, a sincere attitude, an honest quote, and an outstanding service. It was an easy and enjoyable process to get a new car there.

JB provided me and my family an excellent service and he was very honest and quick to send me price over the internet. no negotiation needed and they were all very good staff to work with. I had the best car buying experience of my life as this was not my first time buying a vehicle. They take care of me and family and provided us upfront information and pricing. Great dealership and great staff. I wouldn't ask for anything more from a car dealership.

JB was great very quick to respond to offering me a great internet price, easy to talk to and no real negotiation needed since I got my new ridgeline at a great internet price. Also I got a good price for trade which made it even better. Moreover, Dale in finance got me in range for my monthly payments. So overall a really good experience..

Becky and Brian were excellent they both worked very hard to be sure I got everything done in a timely manner. Brian went way above expectations when it came to the installation of my spoiler. Overall they both were very nice and professional and got me exactly what I wanted for the price I wanted

I have been planning to trade in my Honda CRV 2007 for months, as a first timer, I have mixed emotions, I have no idea how its gonna be but I know how stressful going through buying a car considering everything especially my budget. I have been browsing other brands and car dealer but I guess my heart belongs to Honda. Im not a first time customer with Norris Honda, I have my CRV 2007 serviced with them, superb service and professional staff. While waiting, we use to look for a prospect model, some of the Sales Agent tried to approach us but was not a big help for us. Last 8/7 me and my friend decided to go to Norris Honda and browse for possible new car. In the back of my mind I am ready to go through the process of trading and buying car if and only if a friendly sales agent will approach us. True enough the great Mr. John "JB" B. approached us with a non judgmental manner, we were confused and undecided then, but he opened all options for us focusing on having a good deal that fits my lifestyle. Buying VS Leasing...He patiently answered all our questions with confidence, but yet in a warm and friendly manner, he gave us an ample time to decide, made us comfortable and waited patiently for our decision even if he was busy on that day. If not for his persistence and help, I would still be driving my CRV 2007. Left Norris Honda with a smile in our face, happy and satisfied not to mention that I am driving an awesome Honda CRV 2013 car. KUDOS to Mr. John "JB" B., he is a superb Sales Agent and definitely an asset to the company. Norris Honda needs more Sales Agent like him. Me and my friend gave him 5 stars x 2 with a smiling face and 2 thumbs up.

From his first contact in response to my email, David E. was, without a doubt, the best salesperson I have encountered in over twenty years of purchasing automobiles. He was extremely knowledgeable, listened to my requirements, and facilitated a smooth transaction. The entire process took less than two hours and the entire staff at Norris Honda was extremely pleasant and helpful. Just bought a Honda Accord EX-L coupe at Norris Honda. Worked with Becky S. through the internet using the USAA car buying service. Becky was GREAT! She responded very quickly to my online request and when my wife and I came in for a test drive, she worked to get the vehicle with the color scheme I wanted from another dealership within a couple hours. Great experience.

I want to start off this was the easiest car I have ever purchased! I live in Anne Arundel County and I came to Norris on a Friday night around 830, I had just left another Honda dealership (in Parkville, I dont recommend them) which had a laughable deal at best. This is when Brittany M. came out to meet me. She was very friendly and courteous from the start even though they were trying to close down for the night. She was asking what I was interested in and willing to show me and explain every little detail or any make or model of Honda. Mind you they were ready to close. The car I was most interested in a 2013 Accord Coupe EX in blue was already under contract. This is where Brian comes in to play. Brian had searched all dealerships in the area and came back with a confident look, and assured me they could have that exact model and color on the lot the next day. Sure enough next morning I got a call the car was there and ready to be inspected. When I got there it already had a tag on it ready to be driven. I was met with a smile and I knew then this was going to be my car. The car came with all the features I wanted and I had no hassle in getting the deal I wanted for the new car or the trade in, in fact it was about 500 under the Parkville Dealership. The whole sales staff was friendly the whole time, they made sure I was familiar with every feature of the car; best part of it all no pressure from sales to finance! Brian and Brittany were always available for any and all questions I had. Norris has earned a customer for life. I would highly recommend them to anyone! My advice would be to go to Norris first I am sure they can and will make your experience as fun and happy as mine. Thanks Brittany, Brian and Dale you are all internet celebrities now!

Frankie was our salesman, and he was great. I had sent an e-mail request to several dealerships for prices on a 2012 CRV, and Frankie wrote me back the same day with the best prices of all. This whole process was totally pain-free. His manager Brian was awesome and super helpful as well. We would definitely do business with Brian and Frankie again!

I can't say enough great things about my buying experience with Norris Honda. I have bought several cars before and it was a ho-hum experience, to say the least. I can honestly say that this was an ENJOYABLE and PAIN FREE experience! Right from the Start, Brittany M. (the internet sales consultant) was responsive and helpful. She offered a competitive price right out of the gate. Her quote was clear and easy to understand. It was her responsiveness and willingness to work with me on picking the right trim level that really made me go with Norris as opposed to any other Honda Dealer. I actually live in Annapolis and drove to Dundalk to close this deal because I never felt pressured and I felt they were honest and would stick to the deal we pre-arranged. I was so happy I did! The sales manager, Brian, was so helpful and really worked with me to find the best finance program, rate, and down payment that made the most sense for my needs over the phone. When I arrived, I was ready for things to start changing and promises that had been made to start falling apart. Not only did that NOT happen -- they went above and beyond to make sure that I felt comfortable with the numbers and even credited me $300 MORE on my trade in because that was the number I had been working with and gave me a finance rate BETTER than what was quoted! Holy Moly! I bought a Honda Pilot EX-L at an amazing price, GREAT rate, and better yet I was in and out the door in no time. Dale, the gentleman who took care of the final paperwork, was such a pleasure! He was informative, knowledgeable, direct and efficient. I am a busy person and I value straight shooters who value my time and money. Norris is certainly that. Call Brittany, she will be a breath of fresh air in a typically aggressive industry! A well kept promise

Norris was the first of many dealers to respond to my internet inquiry. The price quoted was so low that I was a little skeptical. Long before the internet was available, sales people used to give you a "be back" price. If they suspected you were just starting to look for a new car, they would make a promise (that they couldn't keep), knowing that you would "be back" after you got legitimate quotes from the competition. Then they would try to undercut the competition by a few dollars. This was not the case. The price that I paid was over $1800 cheaper than the competition and the they saved me an additional $600 in finance charges (over my preferred lender). I could not be more pleased. The delivery process was quick and relaxed (no high pressure etended warranty sales pitch). They sensed what I wanted (and what I didn't want) and attended to my needs. Thank You Norris!

I recently purchased a pre-owned 2007 Mazda CX-7 from Norris Honda, and had an entirely positive experience. From my first inquiry online about the CX-7, to contract signing, my transaction was handled in a friendly, and professional manner. The car was in excellent condition, exactly as advertised, and I was provided with the car's carfax history. The trade in of my Infiniti I35, which they valued very fairly, and the financing of my new car, were also handled quickly and seamlessly by Norris. The team at Norris remained proactive and in touch at every step, and did it all in a time frame designed to accommodate me. I highly recommend Norris Honda.

I bought a Honda Odyssey from Norris Honda last weekend. Initially I was drawn to this dealership because the price quote I obtained online was the lowest. After I checked that the dealership had reasonably good customer reviews, I decided to buy from there. The saleswoman, Becky, was very knowledgeable, prompt, honest, and never tried to pressure me into buying something I didn't want. The day I took delivery went very smoothly. The wait wasn't bad, and Becky was pretty adept at showing us the features of the vehicle. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience buying my used Honda CRV from Norris Honda. I was skeptical at first because the price of the car was so low, but after having it checked out at another dealership I found that the car was perfect, as promised-- just a great deal!!
