I took my recently-purchased 2014 MINI Coupe in for an overall inspection. My Service Advisor, Corey, informed me that all systems appeared to be up to date, which was great news! As an aside, I mentioned a rattle when closing the driver's door with the window is lowered, so he had a technician come take a brief look. They determined the window needed and adjustment. I was happy to wait, and as the repair was near completion, I received a video link from the technician describing the issue found, and that the work would be completed shortly. It was, and I'm back on the road! This is my second pre-owned MINI and I only choose to deal with MINI of Annapolis. There is another MINI dealer 30 minutes closer, but I don't mind the one hour drive to get this level of Excellence! Michael Bruce

I won't throw anyone in specific under the bus publicly, but they NEED ALOT of training in customer service. IT'S BAD from leadership to the assigned agents. It is very sad!

This dealership is well run with knowledgeable sales staff. Thomas Hamel is an ace, helping to understand the differences in models without any pressure to buy. He made the transaction easy and the manager was willing to negotiate a final sales price without the stereotypical back and forth.

My appointment was for the purchase and installation of 4 Pirelli tires on my 2019 Mini Countryman. I appreciated Brian (and mechanics) extra attention to take care of my next oil change, wiper blades, battery in my key fob, software update and a suggested 4-wheel alignment. The software update did require me to reset my Bluetooth, station presets, etc…, but not a big deal. It took 4.5 hours, but the BMW waiting room, snacks and public WiFi were great. Alignment.

Bought my 2012 Clubman from Annapolis Mini. They serviced it for the first 7 years under an extended warranty. After warranty continued to have them service it. Service became over priced and I was able to get good service the past 4 years from my local shop that services my other vehicles . Returned recently for what I thought were some specific Mini repairs. Instead Service Dept attempted to upsell me on replacing the entire system. When I told them I wasn't interested in replacing the entire system they did work with me to rescope the work. However, I ended up paying $800 to replace a single cable AND they stated that since I didn't replace the other components the system would continue to fail. I ended up doing the rest of the work I had requested myself and fixing the poor workmanship for the work they did do (pinched off a hose when reinstalling a cover plate and removing excess lub). I also went ahead and replaced some other components that they were going to service since it wasn't worth the price I was going to have to pay.

I schedule my work here, even though my NoVA residence is closer to two other dealer shops. These guys have provided excellent service since we bought the car new in 2015. Beyond excellent towards outright generous. Dealer shops are always more expensive, but the 2 year warranty has made that worth it. Given that the only mechanics I can find (out in deep country where I live 85% of the time) willing to work on such a specific engine are usually specialized in higher end foreign engines, some services are actually cheaper here. Blew my mind.

Service was outstanding

I was travelling through MD and felt my Brakes were showing signs of wear ( about 25,000 miles in) and booked a next day appt with Bryan in Service for a Free Inspection. Service Tech suggested it was time and by being proactive we saved having to replace Rotors. I authorized Front and Rear Pads and waited comfortably with Free WiFi, Snacks and Car Insurance advice ( Thanks Mike D) while the work was done in the matter of a couple of hrs. I would not hesitate to recommend Mini of Annapolis.

Great place but expensive

I had my Mini Cooper serviced here. They're very professional and the place is beautiful, accommodating and comfortable. They made it really easy to get the service done and gave me a nice Mini loaner car... all great! However, the repairs were expensive... almost $2000 for a diagnostic, rear brakes and a new water pump. I may use them again because of their knowledge of Minis, but I'll definitely shop around more to compare prices.
