24 Honda Ridgeline

I had a great experience at the Honda location. Everyone was friendly and the deal was fair and transparent. The process was expedited quickly and they were able to work around my schedule that day. The salesman explained all the tech in the new vehicle and assisted in setting up everything to my wife and I’s preferences.

Best car buying experience!

I had the absolute best car buying experience at Lee Honda in Auburn. All of the staff were friendly from the moment we walked in the door. Tom, Sarah P., and Dylan went above and beyond to help get me into the perfect vehicle. They gave me an incredible deal and even stayed late on a Saturday to finish the sale so I could drive my new car home that night! Sarah thoroughly went over all of the features and buttons, making sure I was comfortable before I set off with my new wheels. I returned a week later for the courtesy detail (the service team had gone home when we sealed the deal the week prior); the team was so kind, fun, and efficient. Can’t thank them enough for everything! I love my new car! Would buy from here again and recommend to others.

Great place

We had a great experience. Ken was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was friendly and not pushy or rude (like many other salespeople we have had at other dealerships.) We found the entire process to be one of the best car-buying experiences we have had. We appreciate the ability to come to an agreement on a fair price quickly and without games. Great Place to Buy a Honda

From the moment I walked in I was very impressed with Derrick J H. He greeted me and when I said I was interested in the Civic on the showroom floor he quickly told me some of its features to peak my interest. Throughout the entire process he did not disappoint me. He is very knowledgeable about the product and the process and a great asset to the Lee team. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking at the Honda line of vehicles. Derrick made this the best car buying experience I ever had!

Unpleasant and Unimpressed Experienced

What started out as a really pleasant car-buying experience quickly turned into deception and a monumental waste of a beautiful Saturday afternoon. I showed up after researching the history of three cars that fit my need, with one in particular that I thought as 'the one'. The salesman I was matched with was very friendly and personable when we met. He had us take one of the three cars for a test drive, and I was surprised when I started it to find that it made a 'screeching' noise. Instantly I knew I wouldn't be going with this car, thankfully it was my least favorite of the three. We went over to my first choice and I knew it was the car I wanted. Now, the financial aspect of everything was discussed days prior and we were all set to walk off the lot as soon as the paperwork was done. However, our salesman said they could potentially get us a lower rate if we went through them instead of who we were going to work with. As a full-time college student, I'm going to try and save money wherever I can so I decided to sit and wait. And wait I did. Over the next four hours I was told time and time again that they were waiting for another call back or that it would only be another forty-five minutes, tops. After sitting for four and a half hours I decided that I would come back when they found out if I received the lower rate. When I told the dealer this, he said it shouldn't be much longer, and that we could always check out one of the new civics while we wait to see if we would rather have one of those because he knew we could get approved for it. I asked how much the new civics were and he began to tell me how low the monthly payment would be, to which I interrupted and again asked for the overall price of the car. Again, he began telling me about my payment options. When I finally was able to get the price of the cars from him, I declined because they were more than what I wanted to spend, regardless of how many months I had to pay it off or how low the payments could be. I left after telling him and another gentleman next to him that I would come back on Thursday, my day off, whether I was approved for the lower rate or not because the toyota was the car I wanted. On my way home the woman from the finance office called to say that I was not approved if I went with the toyota but would be for the civic I was interested in. The civic? The civic I said no to. The civic I made my feelings about quite clear. Did I really sit for almost five hours waiting on a lower rate that they knew I wouldn't be approved for, just so they could convince me into buying a new, more expensive vehicle? Despite how unimpressed I was with this turn of events, I still had the intent to purchase the toyota and went down Thursday morning to finalize everything. But what do I discover when I arrive? The car had been sold the day before, and the salesman I spent those lovely four hours with on Saturday thought that I said I was interested in the civic anyway. Really now? And the best part of this whole ordeal? I left my iPod hookup in the car when I test drove it and wasn't concerned about getting it back since I was coming back to purchase the car in a few days. So now not only do I not get the car I researched after wasting an entire saturday afternoon sitting around while they tried to take advantage of me, but I also lose a $40 hookup cable that they sold with the car. Unimpressed does not begin to cover my experience with this dealership. Also, the salesman said he would put four to five gallons in the car for me when I bought it, as a nice gesture, which I thought was odd because the Lee dealership in Augusta filled a car that was on empty for me when I purchased from them previously.

Good experience

The easiest auto purchase I've ever experienced and I've bought over 20 vehicles. Courteous, knowledgeable salesman. I told the salesman what I was prepared to spend before my test drive and that this was my top offer. I told I knew they could make a fair profit at this price and I wasn't going to negotiate - unless it was with another company. I returned, and he said the manager approved the deal and that was it. 30 minutes later I left with my new Honda.

quick and smart

The service manager is very sharp. He knows Honda cars. You're in and out so fast it's a pleasure. They have a courtesy van if you want to go to the store. A nice waiting room.
