    The oil change took almost 2 hours which was ok but I think they over book themselves which causes a back up of customers waiting.

    I had a coupon from another dealer and they still honored it for me. 3rd time servicing it there, no issues at all

    Although it is quite busy at times, it looks like it is well organized as the line seems to be running quite fast. Everybody seems to know what to do which makes everything else goes smooth. The waiting room is quite nice and comfortable.

    Jovan Is the service writer I work with and he IS AWESOME. I had a coupon for an oil change and he told me about a special promotion the dealership was running and it was a better deal than the coupon. I really appreciated that.

    I had to drop my car off and leave it for several days because I was having surgery and Mr Ray was so nice and helpful with everything I needed. And when I came back to pick my car up after surgery days later he was sure to ask how I was doing. It means a bunch when someone is thoughtful like that.

    Went in on Monday for an oil change and asked to check tire pressures, and they did, when I checked my cars computer system my tires pressures were all different. Some were 37 some 38. I was disappointed that I had to readjust tire pressures to manufactures specs which are located inside my driver door panel and pressures should of been 34. I know my car had sat there for awhile since the service department was busy, and the tires would of been in the cold state which is when you are suppose to check them.

    Went in to get the oil changed and tires rotated. Also to get a part changed for the recall. Very quick service. I always feel welcome. Everyone is always very helpful.

    Went in for a recall and oil change, but before getting a ride home we were informed that the recall was done along w/a previous recall. So, they did the oil change and came home.

    My husband and I have had nothing but the best service with Courtesy. From the very beginning of buying a vehicle, to the service department and shuttle, to trading in a vehicle.

    I appreciated the rental car while my vehicle was being cared for. The only thing I didn't like was that the Enterprise office at the dealership was closed as I was told they are having staffing problems. So I had to be shuttled down the road to another Enterprise office to get a vehicle. That caused me to be late for an appointment I had scheduled. But it was not the dealerships fault.

    The recall work was scheduled on 9/23/2014. I was given a ride to my house until the work was finished. There was a phone call when the work was completed. I was given a ride back to the dealership to pick up my car. Thank you for the service.

    Let's say your service department customer service has improved. In the past I did not look forward to my visit, but now I something must of been done to improve. I went on Friday. Was going in building and 2 service techs nearby offered and opened the door for me, then coffee bar with pastries since this was 8ish a.m., then saw ice cream and then the best was back massage offered and after no one else would take her up on it I went and then others followed. My family and friends could not believe that I got a back massage while waiting for an oil change. I do saw your service department has improved a bunch. I was wondering if I stayed through lunch time if sandwiches would have replaced the pastries. Thanks for the treats, they made my visit more pleasant.

    I had set up my appointment on the website. Due to issues with the website, my appointment was not scheduled, but my Service Tech, Ray L., got me in and had my vehicle ready quickly. Nothing but good to say about Courtesy Buick.
