by codeo on 01/22/2015updated 02/06/2015Went in on Monday for an oil change and asked to check tire pressures, and they did, when I checked my cars computer system my tires pressures were all different. Some were 37 some 38. I was disappointed that I had to readjust tire… pressures to manufactures specs which are located inside my driver door panel and pressures should of been 34. I know my car had sat there for awhile since the service department was busy, and the tires would of been in the cold state which is when you are suppose to check them.Great Service

The only thing I didn't like was that the Enterprise office at the dealership was closed as I was told they are having staffing problems. So I had to be shuttled down the… road to another Enterprise office to get a vehicle. That caused me to be late for an appointment I had scheduled. But it was not the dealerships fault.Happiness

In the past I did not look forward to my visit, but now I something must of been done to improve. I went on Friday. Was going in building and 2 service techs nearby offered… and opened the door for me, then coffee bar with pastries since this was 8ish a.m., then saw ice cream and then the best was back massage offered and after no one else would take her up on it I went and then others followed. My family and friends could not believe that I got a back massage while waiting for an oil change. I do saw your service department has improved a bunch. I was wondering if I stayed through lunch time if sandwiches would have replaced the pastries. Thanks for the treats, they made my visit more pleasant.Courtesy Buick Service Department
