Dealership Service Review
Let's say your service department customer service has improved. In the past I did not look forward to my visit, but now I something must of been done to improve. I went on Friday. Was going in building and 2 service techs nearby offered and opened the door for me, then coffee bar with pastries since this was 8ish a.m., then saw ice cream and then the best was back massage offered and after no one else would take her up on it I went and then others followed. My family and friends could not believe that I got a back massage while waiting for an oil change. I do saw your service department has improved a bunch. I was wondering if I stayed through lunch time if sandwiches would have replaced the pastries. Thanks for the treats, they made my visit more pleasant.
