I was looking for used BMW convertible at Peak BMW. I found a vehicle I liked and made on offer, we were unable to agree on a price at that particular time, because I wanted to shop around as it was my first attempt to even look for a car. 5 days later I called back and agreed to the price they offered. I couldn't make it to New Orleans right away because I am very busy because I just returned home from an overseas deployment and the car dealer is 2 hours away. I agreed to show up at 5pm. Stephen the salesman said that he was having the car detailed and filled with fuel for when I showed up. I showed up at 430 pm and sat in the lobby waiting for Stephen, he then came up to me and told me that Cliff had sold the car while I was on my way there. This was after Stephen had already told him that the car was sold and he had made tags for it. He said that cliff was supposed to call me, but he didn't, he told me that there should have been a deposit, which I would have gladly paid, (I would have paid for the whole vehicle if they wanted as we were paying cash for the vehicle) the used car manager offered no assistance and had no remorse for what happened. They wasted a week of my time looking for other vehicles and a 4 hour total drive, not to mention the fact that we were really excited about purchasing a car.

great salesmen it took me about two weeks to make my decision.my sales person did not call me no presure
