Ross Downing Chevy and Service Department are top notch. Todd Suprun is the Service Advisor that takes care of my vehicle and he (and support staff) always knock it out of the park.

The staff are always nice and friendly, I live in Denham Springs and would rather go all the way to Hammond where the staff is more knowledgeable than to go closer to home in Baton Rouge. Two different Baton Rouge dealerships gave me some wrong advice that they should have known about. Will always go to Ross Downing for my service needs.

Arrived at my scheduled appointment at 10:00. I was immediately greeted by by service advisor by name. I was out by 10:35. If the service continues at this level, I will be a lifetime customer.

There was an error with the online appointment system causing them not to have any record of my appointment. Even though they were unaware a swamped with work on a friday they were able to fit me in and get my service work completed in a very short time. The customer service at Ross Downing is the reason I always have and always will go to them for the service of my vehicle.

When I arrived without an appointment I was told we are booked till Friday that was the second time I had this issue about a month ago after dealing with Ross downing for thee years I got anoil change at another dealership because when I called to make an appointment I was told we are booked for a week not sure but I can't wait a week for an oil change. Just to let you know I also own a Nissan an whenever I pull up I am not told you need to wait a week for service that is horrible. Thanks to mike I was able to be fit in this time.

I brought my wife's 2012 Equinox in for its second oil change. When I arrived every employee I encountered greeted me & asked if I was being helped. The service was handled quickly, professionally & the service advisor kept me informed of the progress & the went over every detail of the work order completed with me.
