Most people are not happy to visit a car dealer because of past car purchases. So we headed out to Ross Downing and we were not too worried having bought four other cars from them over the years. This time we hit a home run. While just parking and looking around the lot on our way inside we met Ray Owens. He introduced himself and asked if he could help and what we were looking for in a new car. We were so surprised when he took out his pad and wrote down exactly what we told him our needs were. We wanted to look at a Cruize hatchback and an Equinox. He showed us several of each and let us drive an Equinox when this is what we wanted. He took all the time that we needed and then spent a couple of hours locating exactly the car and equipment we wanted. He got a great trade in and a very good price of the new car. He was very kind to my wife and answered all of her many questions. We bought the car and went a couple of days later to pick it up. It was really made ready for us and it is beautiful We can not say enough of how happy this man us feel in buying this car. If you need a good car or truck and deal Ray is your man.

We had an excellent experience working with the folks at Ross Downing purchasing our new Suburban. RAY OWENS was a top-notch professional. After calling from out of state early one morning (found the vehicle that appeared to meet my criteria on their website), we had ironed out the details by midday, and I drove appx 300 miles to meet him and make the purchase later the same day. No surprises, no gimmicks, I arrived to find exactly what I'd been shopping for and was pleased with the price. The transaction was handled seamlessly. Ray went above and beyond to help us - even after the purchase when I was interested in a special-order upgrade. He answered all my questions, even sent photos to help in answering specific questions that I had about a few features of the vehicle. Ray was honest and kind, two qualities that I hadn't found in our shopping elsewhere in the preceding weeks. Service department also very impressive. We drove (again) from out of state for an upgrade that Ray helped to arrange. Mike in service department communicated with us to make it an efficient experience. I would travel to Ross Downing Chev again in a heartbeat should our vehicle require any attention instead of using more convenient local options. Thanks to the team for such great communication, efficiency, and quality work. All in all, this was the best car-buying experience that we've had.

Tyler Owens and the team at Ross Downing went above and beyond to get me my dream car. They exhausted every possibility until I got financing, had the car driven in from Florida, and then Mr. Owens even delivered my Corvette personally on a Friday night an hour away from the dealership! Although I live 950 miles from the dealer the transaction went extremely well. The salesman ( Jayson) was very courteous and helpful in the selection of my new Stingray. All of the other personnel that I worked with at the dealership were very professional in their dealings with me.
