I was not disappointed in any way. The staff was polite and knowledgeable, the customer waiting area was clean and comfortable, and the routine service was performed in a timely manner. I had an appointment, and I was not kept waiting nor did it take longer than I expected. I will definitely return next time my SUV is due for service.
