Pleased with Boris our salesman and everything and everyone up to the point of doing loan paperwork! Not pleased with the financing experience. Would not finance there again! Boris would get five stars. Giving three stars because of the financing experience! Do not know about service yet!

Nolan my service Rep was Awesome, He was very polite to me, Everyone at the dealership were kind and friendly. i live an hour away and stayed all day, they have great service and concierge drove me to get lunch and back to Greenwood Ford. Now my F150 will last another 13 years.

2017 Edge

I took my Edge for an oil change and a replacement on the rear wiper. I had to take my Edge back to the Ford dealer a second time because the new wiper blade was not completely laying flat against the rear window. When I got my Edge back from the service department I was told that all it needed was a little water on the blade to make it flush with the window. I didn't tell the service department that between visits I myself had washed my car with plenty of water hitting the back glass and wiper, however I just let him think that I believed him when he said that my wiper only needed water to stick to the glass. Never have I heard of that kind of wiper.

RIP OFF SERVICE

Took my 2017 F-250 in for the death wobble which Ford has a TSB 18-2268 to correct the problem. Greenwood kept the truck for about 6 hours and then called to say it was my rotors and brakes. BS! I ask the tech about the percentage of brake pads remaining (75%). Said it would cost about $500 to turn rotors and brakes ( which is not under warranty). Death Wobble is under warranty! Picked up truck and had rotors and brakes checked. They were fine! Rip Off!
