I have horrible credit and quite a few negative marks on my credit history. I called this dealership and told them that, but they told me to come on down anyways. I just figured that like most other dealerships, they were just being nice, hoping to doing my credit more, and then give me a polite boot out the door. Fortunately, that was not the situation at all. They worked for what seemed like several hours to help me and found something they thought would work for me. They didn't try and fill me with false hope and say it would definitely work, but they still worked very hard to get me in it. They got me approved on the vehicle somehow and after some negotiations, got my payments down to a very affordable rate. They were very friendly and professional. The establishment was well run and clean. I greatly enjoyed my experience with these great people and I'm very happy with the car I got. The way it runs, looks, and feels all is to my liking.

2016 392 Scat Pack Challenger

This was the smoothest auto purchase I've ever made. Started out with Michael Sanchez in Manhattan, as he had sold us our previous two vehicles. Wanted to order a new Dodge, so he connected me with Kyle Compo in Topeka. Kyle ordered the car. It arrived in only 6 weeks! Daniel Guebara contacted me, since Kyle was in the Kia store. John Ard showed me the car and helped me connect my phone and work the electronics, and he even called me today to make sure I made it home with the hotrod safely! Ted assisted me with the financing and I was on my way! No high pressure to purchase extra warranties, but did sell me on additional products. LOVE the car and the service was FANTASTIC!!! Briggs Rocks!!!

Everything you expect from a big town dealer.

This dealership left a very bad impression for their industry. Dealership listed their vehicle at a good price online to get you in the door, only to give a poor excuse to low-ball my trade. I was told they just received one particular vehicle and it was priced at 21,995. When asked for better price, I was informed they just reduced the price three days prior, however, the sales consultant already informed me that they just received it. It hadn't even been cleaned yet. The dealership had a good inventory and nice facilities, but it was clear to me how they handled their sales. It was apparent they were more interested in making maximum profit, using typical dealership lines, than customer service. This dealership left a poor taste in my mouth that will only perpetuate the common beliefs and fears about car dealers.
