Good experience except for ACC. Was told if it had the mode button it had Adaptive Cruise Control. I should have double checked but you expect a 75K vehicle to have that option Would not bought without it.

Contacted dealership about a used mustang. Didn’t have it priced online and took them forever to get a price! How do you sell cars and not know what you’re asking for them! Didn’t buy from them and would never attempt to again. Too many dealers willing to not play games that I have no time or patience for!

Best car buying experience ever.

It was my pleasure to work with Nick Bozinos at Baron BMW who is the most honest, knowledgeable and professional car salesman that I've ever met. From when we first inquired about the BMW X6 M50i that we ultimately bought, Nick answered all of our questions quickly and honestly and helped us every step of the way. Despite any reservations we had about making such a large purchase sight unseen in Kansas, over 1,200 miles from our New York home, the entire process couldn't have been any easier. Nick quickly, efficiently and patiently helped us throughout the entire process. He personally managed the video walk through, the fair offer on the Lexus we traded in, the financing, the notary that was sent right to our house to finalize the sale from our own kitchen island, prepping the new car, plates and registration, shipping, following up after we received it - everything. Everything really went as smoothly as it sounds, and I highly recommend Nick and the team at Baron BMW.

So I got a call from Santiago the morning I was interested in buying from this dealership. I asked him I wanna make this quick and easy and get all the numbers coordinated so all I have to do is test drive and sign papers if I did want to purchase the vehicle. Mind you, I live 3 hours away, and Santiago met my expectations with ease. Quick and easy and visioned what I wanted into existence thanks to his help. Overall, it is a beautiful dealership with a really great staff. Highly recommend coming back!

Great Overall Experience

Had a wonderful experience at Baron BMW in Merriam, KS (Kansas City). I knew what I wanted going into the dealership. JT worked with me to put in a custom order so I got exactly what I wanted. He kept in touch throughout the whole process. In fact, my M240i came in 4 months early! I am super happy with the overall experience, and would highly recommend JT and the Baron BMW team.

My salesman was Crissean. He was FANTASTIC! He was patient, kind, very knowledgeable, sincere, thoughtful, fun, humorous, just a super great guy!!! My husband and I never felt pressured to buy. Excited to buy a car but dreaded doing so at the same time. Fortunately I met Dante in sales at Barons BMW who made the whole process very easy. I was worried that paying with cash could be an issue but it wasn't a problem at all. I was in finance for about 30 minutes, wrote a check and boom I had a new used car!
