What great people to deal with. The made buying a car easy. Most of the transactions were handled through email and they were so quick to respond to questions. Honest and straight forward deal, and they did all the work. Worth the drive and time to work with this dealership.

Simple Task seemed not so Somple

Had a slow leak in tire. Was unfixable so new one ordered and appointment scheduled to mount and balance new tire. Came in about 20 minutes early and the seemingly got right on it. I went to the waiting room. Over 2 hours later, I finally went back to the service desk to find out what was taking so long.....A couple minutes later they said it was ready. It appears they forgot about me waiting! They apologized, but I still had to pay the labor charge (tire was covered by road hazard warranty).

W purchased a Siberian Ascent mainly because of the reputation for safety and reliability. The SUV has lived up to our expectations so far, but there is a lot to learn about the electronics. Our salesperson spent about 2 hours showing is the many functions and helped us set up the various menus. They also provide a specialist to continue training after getting used to the car. Well done!

Very happy with my new Subaru Forester Sport model. The drive is flawless. Comfortable and smooth. Various seat adjustmebts are perfect and the keyless entry and operation is awesome. Still have a lot to learn as far as tech goes.......but I am getting there. Also wish everyone had the lane guides and distance adjusts for forward car in eye assist function.

I decided upon a Forester, and worked with 10 dealers in 4 states. This dealership, and, in particular, Scott Thurn, was head & shoulders better than all others except one in St. Louis which would have matched Scott. It was so refreshing to speak with a no baloney sales person who was very knowledgeable (by far), nice, not pushy, helpful, very accommodating, honest and low key. In addition, the price was the best of all 10. This was such a pleasant experience that I would like the world to know. Scott and the dealership are really top notch.
