Car Shopping Bliss...

by BillieS. on 03/18/2018

Beginning with filling out a credit application to the signing of the final paperwork and leaving the lot in the car of my choice and price range, Jeff and Alex were the kindest, down to earth and real guys I have ever done business with. They are knowledgeable about what they do, explanatory about the process, and kept a smile on their face the whole time! And what a busy place! That in itself told me that it was a trusting place to do business. I'm glad a friend referred me to Jeff's Car Corner... and I will continue to do my business there. Thanks guys for making me feel comfortable . Oh, and I love the patriotic feel and decor of the offices, the appreciation of our military and country was an absolute plus! Blessed Be Jeff's Car Corner and all the employees there!

mixed feelings

this review written by a cripple who bought a handicapped lift equipped van from jeffs car corner.the pesonel were great i give them credit for being nice but when selling used cars nice is the name of the game. i choose them because thay have A+ rating with better busn bureau. found and test drove van but gave word to return by 2pm so did not have time to have mechanic look at. after signing and buying brake lie blew out before i left the lot now i am cripple in van with defective brakes! my complaint is this if selling vans for cripples who can't really check them we put not only our trust and money in there hands but our lives. had i left lot and line blew on hill i would be dead. and others dead or injured due to faulty brakes, if selling to handicapped and cripples we depend on dealers honesty. From my experience with jeffs car corner that honesty is in doubt, profit came before my life. that is very scary! so i did not even get to drive the 6,000 plus dollar van home it had to go to their shop where it still sits. being in wheelchair is hard enough but one expects a car dealer with a good reputation to take better care of selling handicapped lift equipped vans. to make sure they are safe, because as a disabled individual I depend, my life depends on their word. in my case had the line not blown on flat level ground at 3 mph on their lot then it might have blown on interstate or five points intersection on day one of ownership i might have died on my way home due to total brake failure, the anti lock brake light was on so anti lock system was not working and they did not offer to fix and part my fault i did not make time to inspect properly instead i depended on the word of the staff that the van was safe and raod ready. Instead it does not even make it off their lot and blows main brake line I am lucky to be alive. had that line blown anywhere else i would have died. the next day I drive down to check on van. i went into shop and saw that under side of van was eaten up by rust sway bars with bushings hanging out and rust damage to entire front end. i too k picture then was yelled at by mechanic to leave. and then yelled and i mean yelled at by Top manager i think name was Vince he made big deal out of shaking hands and how much it means and a mans word an honor. yet he berated a cripple for inspecting his own van bought the day before? and blew main brake line? and is eaten up in rust and just plain unsafe to drive? needles to say van still not ready, and a cripple a cancer patient was belittled and was yelled at by staff and manager because I wanted to inspect the amount of rust and damage to van I bought day before. what happend to the Honor and meaning of the hand shake? I guess it was out window when last signature was on paper work. what bothers me is they really did not think that the life of a cripple depended on their honesty and quality of vehicle being sold. that is the scary part they didn't care. and some innocent mother with kids could have died or businessman or anyone because jeffs car corner was more intrested in profit than in the lives of disabled vets and their familys, if you sell to the disabled then you need to make sure what you sell is safe and exactly what you promised. for this i fell jeffs car corner should loose the A plus rating and instead get 5 Pinocchio's I still have a unsafe van even when brake line fixed I have to worry about tie rod s ball joints, spindles, crossmembers and all the rest that make a vans front end.

Out of State Purchase

by Toxic_Orange on 08/12/2016

I live in Phoenix Arizona and recently purchased a 2011 Dodge Challenger from Jeffs. I had purchased a vehicle before online and from out of state but that had been through a very large Honda dealership 10 years ago. I knew Jeff's was a smaller dealership and I had reservations. Buying without seeing a car personally and test driving it can be a risky proposition. But after talking numerous time with Ryan, he assured me the car was in the kind of condition you would expect from a vehicle with just 24,000 miles on it. I had done my research and made them an offer based on value, trade value, etc. etc. They did not give me one argument or counter and accepted the offer. A very easy transaction. I found out they even had to pay $100 more for the shipping to Arizona and just absorbed the cost never coming back to ask me for the difference. Look, as an out of state buyer, I'm sure they knew if I had a problem it would be very difficult for me to come back to them. But if they are this honest and forthcoming to an out of state buyer, I am quite sure they would be even more forthcoming with someone buying local. Can't thank you enough guys and I am SO happy with the Challenger !!!!!
