My car died and it was going to cost more to repair than what the car was worth. So I looked and found some nice Fusions and Escapes in my price range at Ruxer. I talked with the online sales rep and the next day came in to test drive a Fusion. They allowed me to test drive it for about 30 minutes so I could get a good feel for the car. When I left that evening I was very impressed with the car. I looked around and found some other Fusions at other Ford dealerships and even test drove one. But there wasn't a vehicle closely comparable to to what Ruxer had for close to the price. And the clincher was that the Fusion at Ruxer was a Certified used car. Ruxer had the nicest car for the best price and Jake was great to work with. The next surprise was when it came time for the paper work. No pressure selling tactics. The finance person (Dave?) was also great to work with. Overall I was extremely impressed with the vehicle selection, the price of the vehicles, and the sales people at Ruxer. I will definitely be buying my next car from you.

Ruxer Ford provided outstanding mechanical service on a previously owned vehicle that far exceeded my expectations. The service provided on that vehicle definitely helped me to decide upon Ruxer as the dealer where I wanted to purchase my next vehicle. I did purchase a new F150 soon after my service experience and was glad I did. The 2.7 liter V6 is amazing and so was the help with making my selection. Phil was outstanding in service, Nick was great in sales, Mr. Otto worked with me to be sure I got just the vehicle that was right for me and Mr. Hutton was very fair about the value of my trade in. I plan to have a long Ford truck relationship with the fine staff at Ruxer Ford. Thanks Ruxer Ford!
