Vorderman treats customers right

We bought our new Passat from Vorderman in april 2010, the sales and management staff were helpful and friendly. Never once did we feel pushed or pressured, which is uncommon in Ft. Wayne. I really appreciated their professionalism with our purchase. We had our own financing lined up and they never gave us a hard time about that, they even held our car for 48 hours with out a deposit until we could get back with the check from our bank. Class act group of people and we will be buy from them again.

Our EOS from Vorderman Volkswagen has been SO MUCH FUN!!! We Love the way it makes us smile every time we put the top down! Vorderman has been great to work with and we would recommend them highly for your next auto purchase!

I Love My Truck

When I got out of the military from being overseas for a few years, I went to Vorderman's to look for my next vehicle. I saw a really nice pre-owned Ford Explorer, test drove it, and bought it in about an hour. The sales staff was courteous, knowledgeable, and not pushy at all. I ended up getting the truck at a really great price according to the Blue Book. I would definitely go back to Vorderman's in the future.

great experience

i went to vorderman not knowing what to expect as i had never done business there before. i was greeted with a smile and asked how may they help me, that's rare today!! we picked out a car that was just what i was looking for, the manager came out and gave me a great price and we had a deal. i think his name was matt. anyway, 2 thumbs up for this dealership. they will treat you right without playing any games!!!
