Issac Moushi Is a fantastic and knowledgeable salesman. Not once did we feel pressured to purchase a new vehicle. His experience allowed the product to sell itself. This was the third time we’ve been at Golf Mill Ford to purchase a new vehicle, and once again they did not dissapoint.

My fiancé had a plan to assist me in car shopping and be done by mid day with an ultimate decision. Most times plans don’t end up how you intended. Luckily they didn’t. We ended up stopping in Schaumburg to test drive specific trucks, we were at a Ford dealership, Chevy, Toyota and had the favorites list, F150, Silverado and Tundra… there was some issues with lack of inventory. Or do I do an order and wait months. As evening time approached with still no decision on what I wanted. My fiancé thought it would be a good idea to go look at Fords again since the F150 was still the one I enjoyed the most. We figured “Golf Mill Ford” is close by the house let’s do another test drive. I knew that If I landed on a truck that I wanted that I would work numbers and take the car. Usually, I do a lot of planning and research… with my fiancé she is more of a “know your car and let’s make a deal”… from the moment Issac walked up to us we informed him of what we needed and the terms. Issac is extremely personable, funny, genuine and just an overall unique individual. Issac makes you feel like family. We definitely enjoyed our time which is not usually how you feel at dealerships. Now, what is a fair price? Relatively speaking fair is a concept as to “do I feel comfortable with this deal” I informed Issac and Frank what I needed and where I wanted to be… they achieved that goal, if there was profit then Issac absolutely deserved it… within reason haha, he knows our humor. Issac also introduced us to “Frank” the sales manager who was a straight shooter just extremely polite and likable person. The finance manager Jon was also exceptional to deal with. Sometimes you wonder if the rug is going to get pulled off from under you because you overall have this stereotype of how it is when you’re buying a car. Some dealerships fit that stereotype. I hope to have a long relationship with “Golf Mill Ford” and ultimately refer customers over to them. Thank you for the hospitality! Karl & Jennifer

Experience with this dealer was very good. I bought a new Ranger truck from them in 2020. The truck was recently totaled. We looked all over the greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky area and there just was nothing available nor was there any salesperson who seemed interested in helping us. We drove all the way to Chicago from Cincinnati to work with this dealership again. That speaks very loudly about how good they are. Our salesperson, Victor, showed us some different options that were available for immediate delivery and worked with us to get a price we could afford. If I ever find myself in a situation where I need to purchase a car, I will be on my way to Chicago. (It is actually located in a neighborhood just a little northwest of the city called Niles.) The only downside was the amount of time it took to complete the sale. It was painfully long. We had to wait a very long to get the financing portion completed. In the finance person's defense, she had only been on the job for 3 weeks. She was there alone and had to figure out all the details of selling a car to someone in another state. The paperwork was horrific, but I expect that is true of any new vehicle. Bottom line - a great dealership to work with.

2022 Ford Bronco Sport Badlands...AWESOME!

I recently purchased a brand NEW Ford Bronco Sport Badlands at Golf Mill Ford. My salesperson, Omar Youhanna, was AWESOME! Personable, polite, customer-friendly, and eager to address & answer all my questions. Omar included Sales Manager Frank Psyhogios into several of our conversations to expand on additional Bronco features. Frank was AMAZING as he also assisted with the online factoring ordering process which helped narrow down my trim package decisions. Thankyou Frank. I sat down with Finance’s Jon Kleatsoulas who was PROFESSIONAL at every level. Jon was GREAT as he explained the various warranty options available to me and together we were able to select the best fit to protect my new car investment. And finally, I need to give a shout out to Evona Slorin who downloaded the Ford App to my cellphone and explained all the bonus points & benefits this app provides moving forward. The whole Golf Mill Ford Team made my 5-star experience easy to grade. Thanks again to Omar, Frank, Jon, and Evona. I LOVE my new Ford Bronco Sport Badlands. I highly recommend Golf Mill Ford.

My experience with Victor Barajas (my salesmen) and Nick Sfikas (sales leadership) was awesome. I felt like I was dealing with family lol. Initially, I went in with zero intention of buying, which I told my sales rep and he still patient. Ultimately, I went for a test drive and the rest is history. Not only was Golf Mill ford was extremely fair with my trade in, but their interest rates are amazing. I felt great about the deal and I love my 2021 cop ford f150 platinum. I want to upgrade to a limited in the near future, and I know where I am going to go!

We are very pleased with the overall buying process at Golf Mill Ford. We ordered a new 2022 F-150, built via the Ford web-site, and received what we ordered, with only a slight adjustment for the better. There were no "market adjustments" or adds to the price we received from the manufacturer by the dealership. There were no hassles or pressure, just a very professional and kind interaction. The dealership also extended to us a fair trade in value for our existing car. Yes, I recommend Golf Mill for the purchase of a new vehicle, and yes, I'll return to Golf Mill for future purchases. (No this is not a "paid" review).

We were shopping for a Ford Bronco Sport and Golf Mill Ford happened to have one in stock with the trim line and specifications we wanted. We had never been to Golf Mill Ford and we decided to give it a try. We called in advance and scheduled an appointment. We ended up having to reschedule and GMF was accommodating. We communicated via text up until the appointment. When we arrived, Mark greeted us in the parking lot and showed us where to park. We discussed with Mark what we were looking for and he showed us what was available, including the vehicle we came to see. I test drove the car, both city and highway driving. We had our dog along with us because he is a new rescue and we could not leave him at home alone yet. Mark even offered for our dog to ride along on the test drive! We declined out of respect for the dealership and their brand new vehicle we were testing. When I got back from the test drive, we went inside (dog too!) to talk numbers. I found Mark, his assistant, and the rest of the staff to be extremely friendly, informed, and knowledgeable. They were able to answer any questions we had. They told us about the trade in tax credit available in Illinois, and talked us through our various financing options. After some discussion, we decided to trade in our current vehicle, and we got a good financing rate from Ford. Mark worked with us for over five hours! We even left to get a snack at Culver’s because we were so hungry. Mark had our new vehicle ready for us when we returned! He even set up my phone so it was synched to the car and he installed the Ford app on my phone for me. We are thrilled with our new vehicle, and working with Mark was a delight. As mentioned, he is extremely personable, and you can tell he cares about people and making his customers happy. I highly recommend GMF and working with Mark. Even if you are not sure what you want, Mark can help you and you will leave happy!

Victor went above and beyond to make sure we are fully satisfied and happy with our decision. Great customer service and the attitude was just excellent. We already had a bad experience with another dealership and I was very skeptical at the beginning, but all went just great! Thank you Victor B. and all the Ford team!

Underhanded Dealership

I was in speaking with John Colon and Jackie Swiatek via email regarding a 2021 GT500 and I received the vehicle information from John Colon and it stated the MSRP and I responded specifically asking is there was an ADM on the car and Jackie Swiatek answered stating that the car would be sold at MSRP. I let her know that I was interested and that I was in N.Y. And she asked for a phone number and stated that an out of state manager would call me. Shortly there after I receive a call from Camilo who then tell me that the car has a 20k ADM on it. This place is despicable.
