I did not feel pressured or intimidated by any sales person while trying to determine the sale. Being a recent widow it was my first time purchasing a new car alone. I did my homework via the internet and felt knowledgeable and confident. I feel we both got a good deal and I couldn’t be happier. The sales staff was the best and made me feel comfortable. I really enjoyed the experience!

SUV service and beyond!

As always, the service staff is extremely helpful and friendly. When calling to schedule service for my Nissan, I call and request Saul Cabrera. He treats me like family and explains all details of my service. This recent service also included how Saul went above and beyond. My friend picked me up so we could go to the store where I left my cell phone in the cart. I was back at Nissan, no phone and Saul took over ( my angel in disguise) He called the store and left his number with the manager and called my husband at work. The end result: phone found, happy ending for this senior!! Thank you Saul and Gerald Nissan of Naperville for your excellent service!
